According to the data of official website of Chenzhou Municipal People's Government, on 27th, 2008, from 20 13, 10, 18 to 10, the name of the project was the first phase construction of Bofu Junting Community, and the construction unit was Chenzhou Xiaobu Group Huahong Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.
There are four buildings in the first phase of Bofu Junting Project, which was completed in May 2004.
