Treatment methods of dangerous houses
Dangerous houses are under the control of the Housing and Construction Bureau. Identified as dangerous houses, can be divided into the following four categories:
1, for observation use, suitable for houses that can be used for a short time after taking appropriate safety technical measures, but need continuous observation;
2, processing and utilization, suitable for taking appropriate technical measures, can lift the dangerous house;
3, stop using, suitable for houses without repair value, temporarily inconvenient to dismantle and not endangering adjacent buildings;
4, the overall demolition, applicable to the overall danger and no repair value, need to be dismantled immediately.
As can be seen from the above, rural dilapidated buildings should be found in urban and rural planning and construction bureaus, and towns should be found in rural housing offices of township governments.

These Provisions shall apply to all kinds of houses in cities (municipalities and towns, the same below). The term "dangerous houses" as mentioned in these Provisions refers to houses whose structures have been seriously damaged or whose load-bearing members are in danger, which may lose structural stability and bearing capacity at any time and cannot guarantee the safety of living and use.
Article 5
The Ministry of Construction is responsible for the management of dangerous houses in cities throughout the country. The real estate administrative department of the local people's government at or above the county level shall be responsible for the management of urban dangerous houses in this area.
