Liu Bin Expressway is an important section from Guilin to Qinzhou Port of the "Vertical 7" line in Guangxi Expressway network planning. It is the first expressway built by BOT mode in Nanning, and it is also an integral part of the Second Ring Road in Nanning. It belongs to the demonstration project and key project of "traffic power" in Guangxi.
