Requirements for installing charging piles in Rugao civil air defense parking spaces

Charging piles can be installed in civil air defense parking spaces. As long as a long-term lease contract is signed, the property can apply to the local civil air defense management department, and charging piles can be installed without affecting the function.

In addition, new energy vehicle charging piles can be installed in underground civil air defense parking spaces, and the protection efficiency of civil air defense projects shall not be affected during installation and use. At the same time, in accordance with the requirements and provisions of the Notice on Accelerating the Construction of Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure in Residential Areas and the Technical Standards for Electric Vehicle Decentralized Charging Facilities Engineering, the relevant installation procedures shall be performed.

Second, the civil air defense electromechanical general electrical requirements

1, lightning protection and grounding

Working grounding: The distribution is indirect, the protective duty room is grounded, and the generator of the power station is grounded.

Protective grounding: machine room grounding, metal conduit, electrical metal conduit, metal bridge (cable bridge) grounding, metal electric door (electric fire shutter door) grounding, and mechanical parking space grounding.

Anti-static grounding: grounding of oil tank, oil pipeline and oil unloading vehicle.

Shielding grounding: grounding of metal door frame, structural steel mesh of emergency rescue project and command project, grounding of dust filter with oil mesh, grounding of embedded pipelines such as wind-proof water and electricity.

1). The grounding resistance of working grounding and weak current grounding is less than 1 ohm.

2) The angle iron of each door frame is welded with 25*4 hot-dip galvanized flat steel on the upper reinforcement of the bottom plate, and the upper reinforcement is at least connected with the welded steel mesh by electric welding. As shown in the figure below:

3). The grounding of the civil air defense distribution box is placed on the line, and 40×4 hot-dip galvanized flat steel is directly placed on the line to connect with the distribution box.

4) Using the machine room for grounding protection, lead the -40×4 galvanized flat steel from the grounding grid to the embedded galvanized steel plate 0.3M away from the ground for welding.

5) Using the diesel generator room as grounding protection, lead the -40×4 galvanized flat steel from the grounding grid to the embedded galvanized steel plate 0.3M away from the ground for welding.

6) When the metal pipeline is grounded, lead the -40×4 hot-dip galvanized flat steel from the grounding grid to the embedded galvanized steel plate 0.3M away from the ground for welding.

7) Anti-static grounding of fuel facilities in power station, lead -40×4 hot-dip galvanized flat steel from grounding grid, and bury it in galvanized steel plate 0.3M from the ground for welding.

2. Cables passing through the envelope (exposed pipes):

1). The bridge cannot be directly crossed, so it is replaced by civil air defense embedded pipes;

2). The cables used in peacetime and wartime must meet the requirements of one line and one pipe;

3). It is only used in peacetime, and cables dismantled in wartime don't need one wire and one tube.

4). In the face of war (before the outbreak of war), it should be protected and sealed or sealed as required;

5). Usually, cables passing through the fire zone should take fire prevention measures as required.
