1. Open the vehicle hood and turn off the vehicle power.
2. Disassemble the air inlet duct and air outlet duct of the heater water tank.
3. Remove the screws on the water tank. There are usually 6-8 screws. You need to use a wrench or torque wrench to remove them counterclockwise.
4. Remove the water pipe on the water tank. If there is a water pipe joint, you need to use a wrench or pliers to remove the joint first, and then remove the water pipe.
5. After disassembling the water tank, the water pipe needs to be plugged or sealed with tape to prevent water leakage or dust from entering.
6. When installing a new heater water tank, you need to follow the disassembly steps in reverse order, paying attention to the installation position and direction, as well as the fastening and sealing of the interface.
