What are Luan Tou and Li Qi in Feng Shui?

Teacher Xuan Yi said that after the Ming Dynasty, Feng Shui masters no longer adhered to the division of sects, and the two factions gradually merged to learn from each other's strengths and reached a new realm of Feng Shui based on Luan Tou and using Qi.
