Brief introduction of Longfeng mountain cemetery

Longfeng Mountain, backed by the branch of Longquan Mountain, faces the Xindu Plain; Shibantan River, Pi River and Tuojiang River are closed on three sides, where wind gathers gas and negative yin embraces yang. Guo Pu in the Jin Dynasty said in the Book of Burying: Burying people takes advantage of anger; Laozi, the ancestor of Taoism, also said in the Tao Te Ching: Everything is negative for Yin and holds Yang, and it is harmonious. Therefore, a place full of vitality and balanced yin and yang is an excellent choice, and it is also a treasure trove of geomantic omen. According to relevant historical materials, the grandson of Zhu Yuanzhang in the Ming Dynasty, Shu Wang, was built on Longfeng Mountain, and the ancestor of China Kuomintang veteran Zhang Qun was also buried here.

Xindu is an ancient Buddhist resort, and Longfeng Mountain has a strong Buddhist atmosphere. In the early days of the construction of the garden, the master of Shijing Temple in Zunyi visited the garden many times for guidance, planning and design. Master Ding Qing, the abbot of Zhaojue Temple, wrote a pair of couplets for the cemetery, which read "Leave the troubled world, live in the pure land of bliss, and increase the quality of lotus" and the inscription by Master Haishan hosted by guangde temple in Suining, which reflected and confirmed each other. The commanding and magnificent hall of blessing and the large three-sided Guanyin are Buddhist classics; Every year in Tomb-Sweeping Day and the Mid-Autumn Festival, celebrities from Buddhism and Taoism are invited to the cemetery to offer sacrifices to pigs, sheep and wine, hold ancestor worship ceremonies, read the announcement of ancestor worship, remember China's ancestors and pay tribute to their upbringing.

Scientific planning and rational layout. The whole park is in the shape of chairs, depending on the mountain. The magnificent mountain gate and the towering hall of praying for the New Year in the garden constitute the potential pattern of prolonging life. The stone carvings of the zodiac stand on both sides of Shinto, and the stone color is solemn. The water lilies in the crescent-shaped release pond smell fragrant, and the large three-sided Guanyin stands tall in Xiang Si Lake, as if to soothe the soul of every deceased person with "the same color, the same color". After more than ten years' efforts, there are now 50 or 60 kinds of tombs combining Chinese and Western styles in the cemetery, with blessing tablets and tablets in different directions in the southeast, northwest and northwest, for people with different needs to choose from. All kinds of graves are orderly and strewn at random, hidden among pines and cypresses. There are special wreaths and firecrackers in the park; There are places for tourists and ancestors to rest and entertain, and there are circular lanes that mean not to go back, which greatly facilitates tourists and ancestors. The park has a beautiful environment with a green area of over 40%. Throughout the year, the land is wet, the vegetation is lush, the birds are singing and the flowers are fragrant, and the trees are shaded. During this period, instead of feeling nervous, I felt calm and kind. Climbing high and overlooking, the hall is open, criss-crossing, colorful and panoramic, which is refreshing.

The park is only 20 kilometers away from Chengdu and 7 kilometers away from Xindu, with convenient transportation and extending in all directions: from Longtan Temple via Mulan; From Beihu to Mulan; Longtan Temple to Jincheng (Qingdao) Expressway; Walking into a high-speed cotton; Take the Sichuan-Shaanxi interchange and cross Shulong Road; Take the Sichuan-Shaanxi interchange, take the main road and go to Xindu; Take Beixin Avenue to Banzhu Garden and cross Xindu to reach the cemetery.
