Hexi village introduction
Hexi Village is located in the west bank of Chaohe River in Gubeikou Town, Miyun County, Beijing, surrounded by mountains, and is a small basin. Originally named Liulinying, Hexi was built as a garrison city (Xicheng) in 127 BC. After 680 years, Cang Sang changed from a city to a village with a history of more than 2 100 years. There are 6 natural villages in Hexi Village, with more than 560 households, 1.600 people. The village is located at the foot of Wohu Mountain, surrounded by mountains. It is a small basin facing south. The tidal river in front of the village surrounds the village like a jade belt.
