In 2006, the first Rome Lake Fishing and Fire Festival was successfully held in luoma lake. Holding the second fishing and fire festival will play a positive role in building a cultural brand of "Chu Fengyun Water, Leisure Green Capital", enhancing Suqian's influence and reputation, gathering popularity, and promoting the development of Hubin New Town Development Zone and even Suqian as a whole.
The fishing and fire festival will start on May 18 and end on May 26th. During the event, China Rome Lake International Sand Sculpture Art Exhibition, Fishing Grand Prix, Rome Lake Tourism Forum, Lake Fresh Food Festival, bonfire party, fishing boat race, theme fireworks party and other activities will be held.
