There is engine oil in the cooling system and water pipes, so it is necessary to clean the cooling water channel and replace the cooling water pipes. Because water pipes are rubber parts, rubber parts are most afraid of oil corrosion, and there will be the risk of tube explosion in the future.
Inspection of antifreeze
Before completely replacing the antifreeze, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive inspection to see if there are any signs of leakage and cracks in each pipeline. The key point is to check the five-way water pipe, which is named after the five interfaces connecting all parts. The antifreeze is distributed to different parts of the car after flowing through the five-way water pipe.
If there is antifreeze leakage in this part, replace the water pipe or re-fix the interface according to the situation.
Drain the water, let out the old antifreeze, and then clean the liquid channel with clean water. Add clear water to the antifreeze replenishment tank, then inject clear water into the tank to make the clear water continuously flow through the engine cooling system, and then idle for 3 to 5 minutes to circulate water. The water in the pitcher is a little pink at first. Continue to inject clean water until the water becomes clean.
Be careful not to forget to remove the heating water pipe and clean the water in the heating water tank.
Replace with a new liquid. After about 1 hour, add new antifreeze from the water pipe of the water tank (radiator). This is the way to make antifreeze flow into the water tank quickly.
Then, add another bucket of antifreeze into the antifreeze tank until the antifreeze tank is almost full, and keep running for about 10 minute. At this time, due to the exclusion of some air, the liquid level of the cooling system drops, and then antifreeze is added until the highest mark "MAXT" of the oil storage tank is filled.
