Is Liu Bang's hometown Fengxian or Peixian?

Today, there is Xingfeng in the east of Xi 'an, and all men, women and children in the town know that their hometown is Fengxian. Therefore, Fengxian County is the "hometown of Liu Bang" and the land of Han students.
