Excellent geographical location and convenient transportation. Anju has developed waterway transportation since ancient times, from western Sichuan to Chongqing, Han and Shanghai. It has a long history and many historical sites. As early as 20,000 years ago, our ancestors had flourished. The village was formed in the Han Dynasty, and by the Sui and Tang Dynasties, it had become a waterway hub in the lower reaches of the Fujiang River. Anju was founded in the eighth year of Emperor Kai of Sui Dynasty (AD 588), in the seventh year of Xining in Northern Song Dynasty (AD 1074), in the seventeenth year of Chenghua in Ming Dynasty (AD 148 1 year), and in the sixth year of Yongzheng in Qing Dynasty (AD 1728), it was incorporated into Tongliang County. Anju ancient city is a geomantic ancient city with complete system preservation, large scale and strong three-dimensional layering. The ancient city starts from Fengshan in the east, encircles Longshan in the south, spans Wu Muxi to Guanzi Mountain in the west, and borders Fujiang River in the north. It winds steeply and stands on the river bank. There are 197 municipal and district cultural relics and 1 national intangible cultural heritage in the city. There are countless ancestral halls, guilds, chambers of commerce and nursing homes. "Nine palaces and eighteen temples" are dazzling, and the streets and alleys are lined with buildings in Ming and Qing Dynasties. Qiongjiang and Chongde Academies are attractive, and the halls in Huguang, Fujian, Jiangxi and Guangdong are famous.
