Generally, there is a switch on the water pipe of the thin water tank, and both of them should be turned on, and then it depends on whether your engine has removed the thermostat. You can't blow warm air if you remove it.
There is a valve where the engine is connected with the inlet pipe and outlet pipe of the warm air tank, which is easily overlooked by many drivers.
