Resignation speeches of old employees
Dear friends:
Time flies, and time flies in the blink of an eye...
As a person with only a little literary accomplishment As an IT person, I can only think of this sentence at the beginning of such a resignation speech.
There is an ancient saying: "When a person is about to die, his words are also good." Although this sentence is not very appropriate to describe it, please forgive me again for my meager literary accomplishment. At the moment of leaving, The bits and pieces in my memory are all beautiful things.
When I was imagining this speech in the factory car, "Fairy Tale" sung by Guangliang came on the radio. Listening to it actually made me burst into tears, so I Thinking about it, they are singing about love, and you are about to leave your job. Have you fallen in love with Compal? You can’t get along with eight poles, right? Then I found an excuse, and that was "affectionate". He sang affectionately, and I listened to it. Gotta be emotional.
For those of you who can see this, I admire your patience. I have no choice but to develop the habit of writing articles with enough words since I was a child.
When people write an article, they all have a central idea. To put it nicely, it is called "wenyan". So Yang Xiangqun, what do you want to say?
I have always been very interested in it. I envy those colleagues who came to Compal just after graduating from school, but I came to Compal after working for 7 years. For me, Compal is a school and a university. I took college courses here for three years.
As a student in school, the ending is nothing more than: staying in school, repeating a grade, changing majors, transferring schools, and I am the most common one - graduation.
So, what I want to say is, today, I graduated from Compal.
If you feel the same way, you can also take a look and see if you are studying at an undergraduate or junior college, or in high school or junior high school. Have you stayed in school or repeated a grade? Haha, it’s complicated, forgive me. Nagging, old people have this problem.
In the days after leaving, the phone number may be changed, so it seems safer to still use MSN, unless Microsoft goes bankrupt.
Goodbye, everyone, I wish you all the best
Resignation speeches from old PARKnSHOP employees
Time is like butterflies flying across the sea, birds flying across the sky, the passing , are gone, leaving only pale and yellow fragments. I am about to leave, taking with me all the happiness and unhappiness, willingness and reluctance. We always say that the years are fleeting, but we have never discovered the beauty of shooting stars streaking across the sky. After they passed away, I discovered that a casual remark, a funny expression, a strange sound, as long as it came from them, were all so beautiful. I said, I will never hear Nini's "ta-ta-ta" again. The sound of high heels stopped, and Brother Shang's weird smile could no longer be heard, and Xiaomei's ecstasy sucking sound could no longer be heard. . . . . . . Everything happened like this, before I had time to look back, before I had time to reminisce, and before I had time to feel sad. This article comes from Dreamweaver
Perhaps it is the baptism of a burst of wind and rain that makes the collision between hearts clearer, louder, more exciting and crystal clear. We have experienced and laughed together, and time has separated us like a naughty child. Maybe in the future, we will live in the same city, but never see each other again. This is the joke played by fate on us. Once we get to know each other, we will never see each other again. See. There are no two identical leaves in the world, nor are there the same path, so each of us has to choose, whether it is right or wrong, the truth is to go on. Seeing that Nini is still alive and kicking in front of me, she looks sad. She said, since she is leaving, why should she shed tears and make the other person sad.
I have put 13 roses in the flower basket, and I have filled the wine cup with clear nectar. For my brothers and sisters who are about to travel far, I silently wish you a better life just like every day in the past. Full of youth, full of hope, and full of poetry. Take a good rest when you are tired; don’t blame yourself when you make a mistake; suffering is the ladder to happiness; only when you are hurt can you understand what cherishing is; laugh and forget to cry; send me a message when you are bored. Love yourself!
Resignation speeches from Baidu veteran employees
On July 4, I resigned from Baidu.
This is the first time that I have resigned because I did not fall out with my boss;
This is the first time that I have resigned with the joy of promotion;
< p>This is the first time that I left my job with full harvest.I used to think that I would never be a good employee because I was too independent, too picky, didn't like obedient good children, and hated anyone who tried to change me. But in the past three years, I have changed a lot. I must admit that the so-called "progress" process is the process of being recognized and also the process of being "tamed".
The so-called "domestication" is the process of understanding the rules, abiding by the rules, and utilizing the rules. I was not “domesticated” by certain people, but by the laws of society and the workplace. I used to despise this process, but today it seems that as a person with mediocre qualifications, if you want to achieve something in this society, "domestication" is inevitable.
I once thought of myself as "outstanding", and I was "bewitched" by Lao Luo's "strong life does not need explanation". But in reality, this approach may not work. You have to explain to many people and explain it in a way that they (not yourself) like, because only with their approval and support can you continue to work. If you are a person with mediocre qualifications, you have to do this. There is a saying in the American TV series "Criminal Minds": "Anyone who pursues his ideals in his own way will make enemies."
If you make too many enemies, You will die.
Now, I dare not say that I am a "good employee", I just think that I am a better employee than I used to be. When I leave my job, I plan to summarize my career experience in the past few years as a gift to myself.
I am a person with mediocre qualifications. The following insights are only applicable to me who is dull and mediocre in qualifications, and do not apply to talented geniuses.
1. Do you have "empathy"?
What is "empathy"?
To put it more complicatedly, empathy means standing A communication method that objectively understands the inner feelings of the parties from the perspective and position of the parties, and conveys this understanding to the parties.
To put it simply, empathy means "don't do to others what you don't want others to do to you." Empathize with others, that is, put yourself in others’ shoes and understand them.
To put it bluntly, empathy is "emotional intelligence."
To be more specific:
Empathy means that when a leader assigns a task, you must understand his purpose and see clearly his intentions. I often encounter this situation: when arranging work for team members, I repeatedly ask "Did I understand it clearly?" and "Are there any questions?" After repeated confirmation, the submitted content still does not answer the question. So when I accept a task, I always confirm with the leader: What do you want? What is your purpose? After understanding this, I can stand from his perspective and effectively help him solve the problem.
Empathy means that when motivating employees, you should pinpoint their "exciting points" without uncovering the "scars". Everyone has a reason to work hard. Those from rich families want to prove their abilities, those from poor families want to improve their lives, and those from idle families want to save face and are afraid of losing their jobs. Only by understanding the different psychological needs of different people can we mobilize everyone's enthusiasm. If you don't care about everything, just shouting "come on" with a whip, it will be in vain.
Empathy is when working with others, understanding the other person’s needs and psychology, and subtly persuading the other person so that both parties work hard for the same goal. If you want to use force to convince others, it usually doesn't work.
2. Be obedient and perform well;
Seven years ago, I chatted with Pan Jiuyang of Beijing Communications Station. He said, "What is a good employee? A good employee is very simple, just four things One word: Be obedient and work hard." I have always remembered this, it is a wise saying.
What does "obedience" mean? There is an old saying that "you can't work without Dong, and even if you are exhausted, there will be no success." Who is "Dong"? Your direct leader is "Dong". Most of the time, You are right to listen to what he said.
A friend said: I am capable and I am higher than the leader, so I will not listen to the leader! Let’s not talk about who is higher - since he can be your leader, there must be someone better than you. - Let’s talk about level and ability. What does “being capable” mean? If the leader uses you, you will be capable. Without you, no matter how great your ability is, it will all be in vain.
According to my experience, generally speaking, the leader is higher than you, at least in one aspect: he has more comprehensive information and more accurate judgment than you.
Because the leader has easier access to higher-ups and has a better understanding of the higher-ups' intentions. He knows things that you don't know. You may think "it's the right thing to do" from your own perspective, but leaders at a higher level may not necessarily see it that way.
Some friends say that my leader just gives random orders, which is obviously wrong. Why should I listen to him? This is another question. We will talk about the last one. If you feel that the current environment cannot make progress, just You may consider resigning.
What is "working out"? It is the work assigned to you by the leader. You must complete it on time and report and summarize it. If this work is going to last for a long time, then you need to give feedback to the leader in stages. We often make a mistake. If the leader arranges the work, he will not ask you or tell you about it. If it is black or white, it will be over.
It’s over? How can it be so easy! The leader will remember it. When you wait for him to ask you - "Hey Xiao Chen, how did the thing I arranged for you to do last time go?" - He has already written a label on you in his heart: "unreliable".
It takes ten “unreliables” to reverse one “unreliable” one. Two “unreliable” ones will make it difficult to change the impression. Three “unreliable” ones will give you no chance.
"Exceeding expectations" also means "exceeding expectations". We’ll talk about this in the next point.
3. If you want to be prominent in front of others, you must suffer behind your back;
When working in a company, everyone has the same IQ, no one is much better than anyone else, all they have to do is work hard and The degree of care. If you work hard, you will do better than others. Oh, you are not smarter than others to begin with. You get off work when others are off work, you play around when others are having fun, and you are flirting with others when they are dating. Why do you do better than others?
"You want to be in front of others. It is not difficult to understand the principle that dignitaries must suffer in secret. It’s just that when you are really suffering, you become vague. Some people will say, why don’t I enjoy life when I am young? This kind of thinking is very common. This is a question of values. There is nothing to say. One person thinks No matter how you live, it’s right. But there are some friends who are torn between pursuing ideals and enjoying life, and you can talk to these friends.
Jack Ma once said: What we pursue should be the great balance of life, not the small balance of one day and one day (to this effect). New Oriental also has a saying: If you are afraid of hardship, you will endure hardship for a lifetime, but if you are not afraid of hardship, you will endure hardship for half a lifetime. The two sentences have the same meaning and are worth pondering.
If you have thought carefully about a piece of work and done it, the boss will know at a glance that you want to fool him, and he will also know at a glance that this is not a fluke. When leaders judge this issue, the standard is very simple: you didn’t think of what I thought of, so you must have not thought about it; you thought of part of what I thought of, but you didn’t think of it carefully enough; you thought of what I didn’t think of, so you thought of it carefully. ——This is "exceeding expectations". If you can give your boss a result that exceeds expectations every time, then you are undoubtedly a good employee.
4. The more things you can endure, the more things you can achieve;
Tell a joke:
In the elevator, the leader farted and turned around I asked the secretary who released it? The secretary quickly replied: "It wasn't me!" The leader didn't say anything and the matter passed. Soon, the secretary was transferred. When talking about the reason for the transfer, the leader said: "I can't bear this huge grievance, what else can I do?"
I want to be appreciated and appreciated by the leader at work. To be reused, in addition to having excellent working ability, more importantly, you must have sufficient self-cultivation (the ability to withstand pressure or recover blood). It is certain that only by how much grievance can you endure can you accomplish great things. In order to test your "stress resistance", your boss will sometimes deliberately test you, but you must be able to withstand the test.
I have experienced similar things myself:
One day I worked overtime and when I got home at 2 o’clock in the evening, I received an email from my boss, criticizing me for not doing my job well. After I received the email, I was devastated and felt aggrieved. So I wrote quickly and responded to the email! I explained how I worked, how what I did made sense, how what I did was effective... I wrote more than 2,000 words.
After I finished writing, I seemed to have calmed down a bit, so I thought about something: If I were the boss and I was dissatisfied with an employee’s work, so I wrote him an email to criticize him, I would like to read it Was it his eloquent explanation and justification? Obviously not.
Then I suddenly understood, so I deleted all those 2,000 words and simply replied with one sentence, to the effect of: I will reflect on the problems at work and make corrections as soon as possible.
I was promoted two months later. At my promotion ceremony, I told my boss about this matter, and he said to me, I know you are wronged, and I just want to see how you react when faced with grievances and pressure. This reflects A person’s maturity level.
To say one more thing, people will lament that "money is hard to make and shit is hard to eat." Everyone wants to "make money standing up." I believe you didn't see him when he was kneeling. We always emphasize "dignity". Bill Gates once said: "No one will care about your dignity. You can only achieve as much as possible before you feel good about yourself."
For Bill Gates Even if a genius like Ci is like this, what about a mediocre person like me with mediocre qualifications?
5. If you always avoid the leader, you will be in danger;
Many people avoid the leader , try to talk to the leader as little as possible and walk around the leader. Because if you are close to the leader, you will have more things to do. If you don’t have more contact with the leader, you will have less things to do and more leisure. This is "a leaf that blocks your eyesight, and you can't see Mount Tai".
If you want to achieve some results at work, I suggest you should take the initiative to communicate with your leaders more. What leaders usually say in meetings is mostly superficial, and they may not always say true, useful, or valuable things. It wasn't that he didn't want to say it, but that he didn't have the chance to say it.
Careful employees will take time to communicate with leaders at any time and increase opportunities for personal communication: eating together, smoking together, commuting together, or even playing ball and singing karaoke together... Through such opportunities, you can get to know the leaders Your views and perspectives on your work will help you adjust the way you do your work.
A friend is worried that doing this will arouse the resentment of the boss. In fact, it is not at all. Leaders are mostly lonely. If he finds an employee who humbly asks him for advice and actively shares his thoughts on work, he will be very happy. of.
A friend said, I don’t want to be so tired, I just want to hang out. Even so, you'd better take the initiative to communicate with the leader and report proactively. When you chase him, you are the active one, but you are actually not tired; when he chases you, you become passive, and eventually you are exhausted.
Lao Luo once told a story, saying that when you enter the work unit, when you see your boss, you bow your head and ignore him. Of course, he will also ignore you. When it's time for year-end appraisals or layoffs, the boss will vaguely remember you as a person, but he doesn't know your name, let alone what you did. The boss will think: This is your fault, not mine. If you don’t fire who should you fire?
The boss is also a human being. If everyone communicates in a human way, everything will become much simpler.
6. Don’t be stingy when helping others;
Jack Ma once said that success means helping yourself to help others. This is true.
If you work in a company and you find that you can complete your work independently without anyone's assistance, then you are probably a handyman. Conversely, the more people your work requires, the more complex and advanced it becomes. In actual work, I found that I am in a collaborative network, and I cannot work without the help of others.
When you are busy with a certain job and a colleague comes to you for "help", many times we will refuse it directly or even rudely. Little do we know that doing so will cause trouble for your future work. seed. Feng shui is changing. In a company, there is a high chance that everyone's work will overlap with each other. You may not be able to use someone. These personal relationships need to be maintained on a daily basis. If you help someone today, maybe they will be your life-saving straw tomorrow. This is very possible.
One day I was struggling with a project summary. At this time, a colleague from another department came to me to talk about cooperation. I didn’t know him, so I patiently introduced the situation to him. And we really formed several pleasant cooperations. Half a year later, at my promotion defense meeting, I found that he was my defense committee member...
7. Goal after goal, quantification again;
p>
If there is no goal, it is not called work; if there is no quantification, it is not called goal.
When accepting a job, first ask what the goal is; when assigning a job, first explain what the goal is. If you don't explain this clearly, it's all nonsense.
Don’t want to be a blindfolded donkey? Then in addition to clearly knowing your own goals, you must also know the goals of your department and your company. The most important thing is that you need to know your goals. What is the position and role of the work in the overall goal? If you find that the goal of your work has little or even no relationship to the overall goal, then you will be easily removed.
Firing an employee or giving an employee an “unsatisfactory” performance rating can be a headache, but it’s actually not that difficult. The key is to set quantified work goals with each employee in advance, and to remind employees at any time whether their work meets the requirements. If the quantitative indicators are not achieved, dismissal or "failure" is a matter of course. In the face of data, no matter how pretentious people are, they have nothing to say. On the contrary, if we talk about feelings and hopes, there will be nothing we can do about it.
8. It is my obligation to find a solution to the problem;
When it comes to the work assigned by the leader, I cannot say "I can't do it" or "I can't do it."
The company invites us to work to solve problems. If we cannot solve the problem, we have no value. It is normal to encounter difficulties in progressing the work and be unable to continue. What we need to do is to actively look for answers and solutions. Even if your method is inappropriate, then ask, but in no case can you criticize your leader. Say, I won’t.
The day before yesterday, I heard in the company that the leader of the team next door arranged for colleagues to book a conference room. Anyone with company work experience knows that it is difficult to book a conference room. If not, you will need to "entrust" it. Relationships, through the back door." This little classmate may not have made the reservation, so he told his leader, "I didn't make the reservation." His leader immediately became anxious and said, "What should I do? Do you need me to make the reservation?"
It makes sense for this leader to be angry. After discovering that he could not book a conference room, what this young classmate should do is to find a way to solve the problem on his own - the simplest thing is to consult his old colleagues.
The ability to solve problems is the most critical ability of employees, bar none. It is extremely normal to encounter difficulties at work. At this time, we have an obligation to find a solution to the problem.
9. Try not to say "It's not me, I didn't";
When most people face criticism, their instinctive reaction is to shirk responsibility. The mantra at this time is "Not me", "without me". I always feel that in many cases, the more mature people are, the less they use instinctive reactions to face problems because they have stronger self-control.
Try not to say words like "It's not me" or "There is no me", because these words are useless. Leaders are used to such excuses and will not be moved by them at all. If you can take the initiative to take responsibility at this time, it will reflect a sense of responsibility.
Even if you are really wronged, it is often not the wisest choice to defend yourself on the spot. You can remain silent first and find an opportunity to communicate with the leader in private. See Article 3 for details.
10. "Too much talk will lead to misfortune";
In the company, talk less gossip, do not talk about right and wrong, and do not act like a right or wrong person.
Just believe in one thing: your boss will know everything you say. Good words may not be certain, but bad words are certain.
It’s better to be an upright person. This is the easiest and will benefit you the most. The principle of an upright person is: say criticism to your face and praise behind your back.
11. Know when to leave.
Many colleagues and friends have talked to me about leaving their jobs. My advice to my friends is, if you feel unhappy at work, don’t leave your job, because you will be unhappy no matter where you go: the boss won’t Like, colleagues are not lovable, work is too tiring, relationships are too complicated... I can guarantee from my experience working in many large companies: almost all the companies I have worked for have the same unpleasant things.
So when should you leave? I think there are two situations:
1. In this company, you have no room for advancement and cannot learn more. ;
2. In this company, you have learned enough knowledge and can show off your skills in new fields or new platforms.
