It is now an administrative village under the jurisdiction of Meijiao Town, Xingguo County. During the Soviet period, it once belonged to Shengli County, and during the Republic of China, it belonged to Renai Township. In the winter of 1949, shortly after the founding of the People's Republic of China, the Sanliao Township People's Government was established, with four administrative villages including Zengwu, Liaowu, Paishang and Beicun. The jurisdiction is part of Sanliao Village and Meijiao Village. In December 1956, Xingguo County was removed from the district and merged into the township, Sanliao Township was merged into Meijiao Township, and it was assigned to Longgang Commune in 1958, changed to Meijiao Commune in 1961, and changed to Longgang Commune in 1961.
