Dongbao District 1
Dongbao District, named after the East Tower on the Taiping Peak, the main peak of Dongbaoshan in Jingmen City, was built in the Sui Dynasty. Dongbao is located in the middle of Hubei Province, bordering Jingshan Mountain in the north and Jianghan Plain in the south. It is the main urban area of Jingmen City, and 1985 was established as a county-level administrative region under the jurisdiction of the city with the approval of the State Council. In 2004, with the approval of the provincial people's government, counties (cities) enjoyed equal treatment in terms of economic management authority. Land area 1298 km2.
2. Duodao District
Duodao District was founded in 2006438+0, named after Guan Yu, a famous soldier of the Three Kingdoms, stationed troops to train and smashed huge stones. Duodao is an important birthplace of the ancient battlefield of the Three Kingdoms and Chu culture, with profound historical and cultural heritage, leaving behind historical sites such as Jingxiang Ancient Road, Changbanpo and Yuefei City. The land area of the whole region is 6 16 square kilometers.
3. Zhanghe New District
Zhanghe New District was formally established on February 7th, 20 1 165438. On August 8, 20 12, the provincial people's government officially approved the overall plan for the construction of the new district. On February 9th, 20 13, the provincial editorial board approved the establishment of Zhanghe New District Management Committee in Jingmen City, and entrusted Zhanghe Town and Dongbao District.
4. Qujialing Management Area
Qujialing Management Area (Hubei State-owned Wusan Farm) is located in the middle of Hubei Province, in the north of Jianghan Plain, at the southern foot of Dahongshan, bordering jingshan county, Zhongxiang City and Tianmen City. The whole region covers an area of 223 square kilometers, including 6.5438+0.5 million mu of cultivated land, 6.5438+0.2 million mu of woodland (50,000 mu of orchard) and 6.5438+0.5 million mu of water surface.
5. Shayang County
Shayang County faces the Han River in the east and faces Zhongxiang and Tianmen across the river.
