Mohe City has a low topography in the south and a downward trend in the north and south, which belongs to the continental monsoon climate of cold temperate zone. Mohe is the lowest temperature city in China. Winter is controlled by the polar continental air mass, and the climate is cold, dry and long. It is an important national ecological security protection zone and an ecological function protection zone in Heilongjiang Province, with "excellent" air days reaching more than 350 days throughout the year.
