During the May Day holiday, I visited Qingdao World Expo Park with excitement. It is located in Baiguo Mountain, Licang District. The park covers a total area of 418 hectares, of which the water area is 188 hectares.
According to reports, the overall planning and layout highlights three characteristics: "Flowers are scattered in the sky", "Tianshui Dichi" and "colorful streamers". The idea of "Fairy Scattering Flowers" originated from the romantic China classical fairy tale "Seven fairies descend to earth". The Rose Avenue, which runs through the whole park from the top of the mountain to the main entrance, is more than 2, meters long, meaning the passage between heaven and earth, and will be the longest flower belt in previous World Expo.
peony and plum blossom are planted on both sides of the entrance to the park. Three friends, pine, bamboo and plum, are planted on the main peak, and four gentlemen, plum, orchid, bamboo and chrysanthemum, are planted on the side of the promenade, and the water body is planted with muddy lotus flowers. The central scenic spot is located in the center of the whole park, and the environmental layout is in the form of "left green dragon, right white tiger, former Suzaku and back Xuanwu" in Feng Shui. A water system is set on the left as green dragon, and a forest belt is set on the right as white tiger. The former Suzaku is an open water surface-Linyuanchi, and the back Xuanwu is Rende Mountain made of soil. There is a Leshan Pavilion on the mountain, which means "the benevolent Leshan" and overlooks the whole park.
As soon as we entered the door, we saw that the colorful streamer divided the whole park into seven areas: red, orange, yellow, green, cyan, blue and purple, which correspond to the traditional culture of China, such as "sun, gold, wood, water, fire, earth and moon". Very beautiful.
Then we went to see the "Tianshui City". The "Tianshui City" is designed according to the current situation on both sides of Tianshui Road in the park. The northern side of the park is "Tianshui" and the southern water surface is "City". In the middle of the two water surfaces is the Qingdao Flower "Rose" Theme Pavilion.
The beautiful scenery of Qingdao World Expo makes countless tourists linger.
