What does "50 lines" mean when setting out buildings?

"Line 50" in building engineering refers to the elevation control line that pops up for interior decoration, and each floor is a circle line that pops up 50 cm above the design floor. When doing external wall insulation, it is said that it should be done from line 50, and it should be above plus or minus zero.
