Common syndrome
Pain in limbs caused by wind pathogen blocking collaterals: joint pain in limbs is nowhere to be found, and it is more common in fu organs, elbows, knees and ankles, and the joints are inconvenient to bend and stretch, or the symptoms of cold and heat are also seen, with thin white or greasy tongue coating and floating pulse. It belongs to joint pain.
Cold pathogen blocking collateral pain in limbs: cold pain in joints of limbs, persistent pain, cold limbs, local redness, aggravated cold, relieved warm pain, white tongue coating and tight pulse. It's joint pain.

Damp-heat blocking collaterals and limb pain: joint swelling, red and turbid urine, severe limb pain, slippery or excessive pulse, yellow and greasy tongue coating and red nodules on the skin.
Limb pain caused by deficiency of qi and blood: joint pain, aggravated after fatigue, manifested as emaciation of muscles, pale complexion, pale lips and nails, lack of breath and laziness in speaking, mental fatigue, dizziness, spontaneous sweating due to prolonged wind, rapid pulse, pale tongue with thin fur. Combined with blood stasis, joint pain is stinging, pain is not moving, pressing is refused, skin is wrong, body is emaciated or joint deformation is stubborn, tongue is dull with petechiae, coating is thin and greasy, and pulse is fine and astringent. Too much phlegm leads to limb pain, heavy fatigue, head wrapped, fat tongue, white greasy fur and slippery pulse.
Pain in limbs caused by deficiency of liver and kidney: flaccid muscles and bones, light weight, brittle fingernails, weak waist and knees, tinnitus and deafness, tooth shaking and falling off, impotence, thin and weak ulnar pulse, yin deficiency, hot pain in joints of limbs, bone pain at night, cheekbones, red lips, red tongue with little fur, or red and crimson tongue with little body fluid. Yang deficiency with edema and weakness of both feet, thin stool, long and small stool, and tepid hands and feet.
