What towns are there in Xiangyin County, Yueyang City, Hunan Province?

There are twelve towns in Xiangyin County: Wenxing Town, Dongtang Town, Yuanjiapu Town, Jietoupu Town, Zhangshu Town, Nanhuzhou Town, Tangsan Town, Changkang Town, Chengxi Town, Xiang Bin Town, Xinquan Town and Lingbei Town.

Xiangyin County belongs to Yueyang City, Hunan Province, and was called Luocheng in ancient times. It is located in the northeast of Hunan Province. South of Dongting Lake, Xiangjiang River runs through the whole territory from south to north. It is located in the city centers of Changsha, Yueyang and Yiyang, close to Changsha, the capital of Hunan Province, and within the half-hour economic circle of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan. Xiangyin County is the only channel in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area that goes to sea along Xiangjiang River, across Dongting Lake and across Yangtze River. It is not only the "big pier" of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration along the Dongting Lake, but also the urban circle of Yueyang and Wuhan.

The dialects in Xiangyin County are:

1, Xiangyin dialect belongs to Changyi piece of Xiangyin in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan piece, which is close to Changsha dialect. It is distributed in towns such as Haohekou, Chengnan, Lingbei and Xinquan.

2. Nanhu dialect is close to Yiyang dialect.

3. Chengguan dialect belongs to the new Xiang dialect, with more factors of Gan dialect. Distributed in Wenxing Town, the county seat.

Yanglinzhai dialect belongs to Loushao dialect of Xiang dialect. Zhexi Reservoir in Yanglinzhai Township is used by immigrants.
