China Life Insurance on the 4th floor of No. 218 Wending Road, Xuhui District, Shanghai. Is it reliable? Could anyone who knows the inside story please give me an answer?

Let me explain the actual situation~

(Unless you are interviewing not for sales, but for an internal position)

First of all~ I am not China Life employee, but please don’t ask me why I know this.

Question 1.

Is there a basic salary at China Life? How are the wages and benefits?

Answer: China Life does not have a basic salary. There is no basic salary at any time (including the probation period). All wages are earned based on performance. If there is no performance, there is no salary. Some employees have three It is normal to not receive a penny of salary for four months! Relatively speaking, if you perform well, your salary will naturally not be low.

Question 2.

Does China Life have any benefits? Five social insurances and one housing fund---living allowance and the like?

Answer: China Life has no benefits, no benefits at all, so don’t have any wishful thinking about any subsidies. The contracts are all "agency contracts", not employment contracts. What is an agency contract? The agency contract means that our products are distributed to you. How much you can sell is your business. If you sell, we will give you a commission. If you fail to sell, it has nothing to do with Life Insurance.

Question 3.

Is your routine normal? Is work stressful? Can you make money?

Answer: The schedule is not normal, I go to work at 9 o'clock, and there is no limit to when I get off work~, everything is free, you can have one or two policy results a month, you only need to punch in, and you can leave after punching in! But if not, you usually have to work overtime (including holidays), and the work pressure is high. Because there is no money, it is difficult to do many things. It is a fact that the employees there rely on credit cards to survive. Only a few can make money! If 100 people come in, no more than 10 will make money! !

Question 4.

Do I have to pay to enter? How much to pay?

Answer: 500 yuan deposit (although I don’t know what the 500 deposit is for, it is said that I am afraid that you will use China Life’s reputation to sell other products), there is no more, there is no such thing as 1020 ! ! But your supervisor will ask you to buy yourself insurance to ensure that you can get your basic salary next month. After all, there is a 2,200 newbie allowance during the probation period (you will understand "responsibility" and have been in sales), so this is because you have not mentioned it. In the case of insurance policy.

Question 5.

If this is the case, why do so many people still go in? Some stayed for several years?

Answer: China Life euphemistically calls its employees “entrepreneurship.” The employees are "brainwashed" similar to a pyramid scheme, and boldly declare that "China Life is a state-recognized pyramid scheme." Therefore, everyone has hopes for themselves and feels that they can negotiate big deals, but they are unwilling to come out. Another way is: they have a so-called system where all employees are "supervisors". How should I put it, it is recruiting people. If you recruit 3 people to work under you, you can be promoted to the so-called "group manager" (actually, in A formal company is called a so-and-so group, and you are the leader of the group) and enjoy management allowances and the like, and then your subordinates will "recruit" people. When the scale expands to a certain level, you can be promoted to a so-called "division manager" (equivalent to a small team in a formal company). Supervisor), and the performance of his subordinates, all of the above are profitable. The euphemistic name is: everyone becomes a supervisor and everyone makes money, but it is actually a pyramid scheme. Pull people's heads. As many people as you pull, you will have a title.

Question 6.

Why does Life Insurance do this?

This is basically the case in all insurance industries! There are only a few exceptions

At this time, I want to say: The Chinese people’s awareness of insurance is indeed poor. Nowadays, many people who are sick seek help online. They are from so-called poor families and do not buy any insurance. At this time, I want to say I admit that the "insurance" product and industry are not deceptive.

However, when I knew that their company’s sales model was like this, it made me feel very angry. Why? Because everyone's time is money. From the time you were born, your time is money, and everything you do is money.

It is inhumane for China Life to do this, because I learned from their company that 80% of them are young people, whether they are fresh graduates or people with no skills or academic qualifications; compared with Shanghai, If you want to survive in Shanghai, your monthly salary must be more than 3,000 yuan. Even the hotel waiter's salary is 5,000 yuan with tips. Life Insurance does not give you a basic salary. If you use the so-called "entrepreneurship" to fool employees, it is a black company here. Moreover, what do young people have (not compared with the rich second generation)? It's energy, it's passion. When you feel a lot of pressure, you will rebound strongly and do it with all your strength.

I learned that there is no lower limit for employees working from 9 to 5 a.m., and they don’t take breaks on holidays. How can they dare to take a break if they don’t have an insurance policy? However, just like this, Life Insurance will not pay a penny of salary, even the so-called: incentive payment... Therefore, it is not worth it. Don't use other people's success as cases and give examples. They are a minority and quite a lot. A few, because in life, everyone’s starting point is different. Why? Because the clients assigned to each person are different, some will sign millions of dollars in one negotiation, while others will only sign a small amount in 2 months, or even 3 or 4 months, and then get a pitiful amount. The commission is used to pay off the "credit card" owed in the past few months!

The above are all hand-printed and not copied. They are all true and not fabricated~

And they only represent personal opinions and do not represent all.
