Luancheng Town is located in the west of Hengxian County. It was originally named Yongchun County. In 1952, Yongchun County was abolished and placed under Hengxian County. The total area is 75.5 square kilometers, including 36,247 acres of cultivated land. The town has jurisdiction over 1 community and 15 village committees, with a total population of 58,000. The surrounding towns are rich in tourism resources and are famous for their "Eight Scenic Spots of Yongchun" and "Four Wonders".
