1. Yinchuan Yuehai Wanjia Ningxia Youth Activity Center is located in the north of Yinchuan, east of the new campus construction project of jinfeng district Yuehai Wanjia Ningxia Senior University, and north of Vanke Gina Residential Community.
2. This project includes comprehensive building, concierge, fence and outdoor supporting works. The comprehensive building has a total construction area of 29,982 square meters, with frame structure, of which the above-ground construction area is 20,509 square meters and the underground construction area is 9,473 square meters. The building area of the concierge is18m2. The total length of fence is about 570 meters. Outdoor supporting projects include the comprehensive pipe network of squares, roads, greening and municipal equipment required for the main building in the construction land; Public green space includes landscape greening project, outdoor sports ground (basketball court, badminton court, table tennis court), square hardening, street lamp, water supply and drainage project, sprinkler irrigation and architectural landscape sketch.
3. According to the Letter on the Land Use of Ningxia Youth Activity Center (Yinchuan Youth Palace) Project (Yin Zheng Han (2020) 127), in order to ensure the smooth progress of the project, our bureau first issued a preliminary design reply, and the planned green space on the east side of the project is about 24 mu (the green space determined in the State Council's reply on Yinchuan's overall urban planning) before implementation.
