1955 the education bureau of the regional administrative office allocated 25,000 yuan to build Daning junior high school in the site of Jitan in Xiguanshe, the county seat, 1956 to build 2 classrooms and 7 offices. In the autumn of that year, two junior high school classes were enrolled, 1 10 students. 1957 the education bureau of the district administrative office allocated another 30,000 yuan to build four additional classrooms, increasing the number of teachers to 14. 1958 the education bureau of the regional administrative office appointed the secretary and principal of the school party branch, and built more physics and chemistry rooms and student dormitories. Since 1959, the school has enrolled 3 classes every year, and the number of students has increased to 8 classes with 350 students. Daning Middle School has high quality teachers, correct teaching attitude and good study style, and its teaching quality has always been among the best in Xishan County. 1965 Add a senior high school class and rename it Daning Middle School. 40 new student dormitories have been built. 1970, the school entered the industrial propaganda team and carried out "beating, approving and reforming". Classes exist in name only, and the quality of teaching is gradually declining. It was not until 1976 that the normal teaching order was completely restored. From 1977 to 1978, two two-story teaching buildings (16 classrooms) and a two-story teachers' office building were built successively, and teaching instruments were purchased. The school equipment is basically perfect, and the teaching work has entered a formal stage. 1985, there were 76 faculty members and 40 students 1040, including 720 students in junior high school 12 class and 320 students in six classes in senior high school.
