Anhui governs South Anhui Road and North Anhui Road, and Fengyang House is the Northern Anhui Daozhi Institute, which governs the northern Jiangsu states (except Anqing House). Fengyangfu is the political, economic, cultural and military education center in northern Anhui. Anqing and Huizhou (now Shexian) are called the three major cities in Anhui.
There were eleven states in the early Ming Dynasty, namely Hezhou, Chuzhou, Shouzhou, Lu 'an, Sizhou, Hongzhou, Suzhou, Yingzhou, Bozhou, Pizhou and Xuzhou.
Yongzheng year changed to: five states and thirteen counties. These five states are Shouzhou, Sizhou, Suzhou, Yingzhou and Bozhou. Fengyang, Linhuai, Huaiyuan and Dingyuan counties are directly under the jurisdiction of Fengyang government, while other counties are under the jurisdiction of states.
From the late Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China: Fengyang Prefecture governs two states and five counties, namely Shouzhou, Suzhou, Fengyang, Huaiyuan, Dingyuan, Fengtai and Lingbi.
