For thousands of years, the legend of haunted houses has never stopped, which not only reflects the modern media based on reality in various literary forms, but also has a lot of reports. The existence of haunted houses is an unavoidable reality, which has been recognized by most people. It is controversial what caused these haunted houses. Is it an irresistible supernatural force or a scientific mystery to be further revealed?
In order to uncover the mysterious cloak of "haunted house", scientists have begun to look at this mysterious field. At present, scientists from the United States, French, German, Hongkong and Taiwan Province Province of China have joined hands to study this. After more than ten years' research, the author has read a lot of materials, made a practical investigation on hundreds of haunted houses, and made a preliminary understanding of haunted houses by referring to the latest research results of predecessors and modern times.

The causes of haunted houses are as follows:
First, psychological phenomenon.
