Roof capping refers to pouring strip-shaped (reinforced) concrete on the top of gravity slab or masonry flood control wall. Pottery or stone is often installed on the well circle to protect the wellhead, which is called the well circle. The well ring is also installed on the shaft wall to prevent the soil from sliding down the bottom of the well.
