Steps:

1. Prepare soybeans, black beans, red beans and millet. Black rice can also thicken soybean milk. No black rice can be replaced by rice. I always use only half the raw materials.

2. Wash the beans and soak them in water. I usually soak beans before going to bed at night and get up the next morning to make soybean milk. Soymilk made of soaked beans will be more delicate. It usually takes about 4 hours to soak.

3. Soaked beans will swell, and soybeans will be dyed black because of black beans and black rice.
