According to the Records of Zhou Pu in the Qianlong period of Qing Dynasty, Qiyan Temple was originally named Lingju Temple, but it was renamed Qiyan Temple in the Jiande period of Northern Zhou Dynasty (572-577) and Sui Renshou period (60 1-604). Emperor Wendi of Sui Dynasty once offered a tribute to Mana Temple in foreign countries. During the Sui and Tang Dynasties, Qiyan Temple was the most famous temple in the river, which was divided into upper, middle and lower temples, and the middle and lower temples were abandoned. There are magnificent tower buildings in the world.

At present, there are circular solid pagodas built in Tianbao of Tang Dynasty, stone pagodas built in Tongguang of Tang Dynasty after five dynasties, five-story pagodas with dense eaves and six corners in Song Dynasty, two double-decked pagodas with six corners in Yuan Dynasty, and seven pagodas/kloc-0 in Ming and Qing Dynasties. Except the Song Pagoda, all the other pagodas are deep in the East Lawn, forming a group of Buddhist monk pagodas in past dynasties.

There are more than 0/0 inscriptions in Sui, Song, Jin, Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties.
