Geological landform
Geographically, Jindai Town belongs to a part of the eastern Sichuan fold belt of the Neocathaysian Sichuan sedimentary fold belt. Due to the control of geological structure, stratigraphic distribution and lithology, and the influence of hydrological action, the geomorphological characteristics of mountains, hills and dams are formed, with hills as the main ones. The terrain is high in the southeast and low in the middle. Affected by the terrain, rivers converge from southeast to north to the middle, forming a big stream, which flows into Longxi River near Mopanzhai. There are many streams in the town.
