2: 1900- 1999 annual expenditure = year-end double digits+1.
Annual expenditure from 2000 to 1999 = double digits at the end of the year +5.
Example: the annual branch of 1969 =69+ 1=70, the multiple of 60 is 10, and the tenth branch of the earth is unitary. Annual expenditure is 20 12 =12+5 =17, excluding12, and the fifth place is Chen.
