Yinshan agarwood and Jia Geng

There are twenty-four mountains in geomantic omen, namely, eight diagrams (regular divination) and twelve earthly branches (double divination). "Yinshan deity and Jiageng" means that in the residence or cemetery where Yinshan deity is applicable, the factors of gossip and earthly branches are considered at the same time to achieve the best feng shui effect.

Specifically, "Yinshan" refers to the shady side, that is, the east; "Shenxiang" refers to Shenfang, that is, the West. Therefore, "Yinshan agarwood" refers to the pattern that houses or cemeteries face west and their backs face east, that is, sitting east and facing west.

"concurrently Jia Xu" means that in this pattern, both gossip and earthly branches are taken into account. Among them, "A" refers to the dry divination in the eight diagrams, representing heaven; "Geng" refers to divination in gossip, representing mountains. Therefore, the concept of "being a Geng at the same time" is in the pattern of Yinshan's application for World Heritage, and the influence of Tianhe Mountain is also considered.

In short, "Yinshan Aquilaria Jiaxu" is an orientation in geomantic omen, which means that in a house or cemetery facing west and with its back to the east, the factors of gossip and earthly branches should be considered at the same time to achieve the best geomantic effect.
