Yibin fengshui legend

Jiuzhouba in Yibin, Sichuan. This tower is square in plan. The tower on the first floor is quite high, with thirteen dense eaves. There are five square rooms in the tower, and the walkways on each floor hover around the inner room. The tower was built from the first year of Chongning to Daguan in the Northern Song Dynasty (A.D. 1 102 to 1 109). From the appearance, it belongs to the common single-story multi-eaves square tower system in Tang Dynasty, but the layout of inner rooms and walkways was generally adopted in Song Dynasty. Because of its remote location, Gai's original influence is slow, so it is relatively backward in this era.
