The temperature control switch is located on the operation panel of the air conditioner, and the temperature sensor is installed at the air inlet of the air conditioner. The temperature control switch on the car plays the role of temperature adjustment. The key is the temperature control of air conditioner and the adjustment of air conditioner compressor. When the temperature is set to 25 degrees, when the temperature of the carriage reaches 25 degrees, the compressor will be turned off and the fan can still rotate.
Therefore, the temperature control switch is to adjust the air conditioner compressor, not the fan. It consists of a wax temperature-sensitive driving element and a two-stage contact response mechanism. When paraffin is heated from solid to liquid, with the help of the sudden increase of paraffin volume, the push rod is moved to adjust the opening and closing of contacts. With the increase of antifreeze temperature, paraffin began to expand, pushing the push rod through the rubber sealing film and overwhelming the tension spring frame. When the cooling water temperature rises to 95°C, the low-speed contact is closed, and the radiator motor fan is energized to rotate at a low speed of 1600r/min. When the temperature of cooling water continues to rise to 105℃, due to the continuous expansion of paraffin, the high-speed contact is closed, which makes the radiator motor fan rotate at a high speed of 2400 rpm and increases the cooling intensity. When the cooling water temperature drops, the paraffin volume shrinks, and the push rod retracts under the contact tension, so that the contact is disconnected, thus realizing the adjustment of the radiator motor fan.
