Those who are buried take advantage of their vitality.
The first sentence at the beginning points out the most basic, core and secret issue of burial method. There are thousands of words to say about the burial methods of various families, but none are as precise as the three words "taking advantage of the vitality".
The so-called "qi" refers to the energy of nature that breeds all things, including sunlight, air, water and electromagnetic fields. Compared with matter, Qi is a kind of virtual matter, or a material field. "Animation" is expressed as vitality and vitality.
On the earth, kites fly, grass grows, fish leap and horses gallop, which can be said to be full of life; on the moon, there is no vegetation and silence, which can be said to be lifeless; children and children are jumping around, which can be said to be full of life; sick and elderly people Being bedridden can be described as lacking vitality.
In the final analysis, burial is to gain vitality. Zeng Qiuji's "Preface to Qingnang" says: "First look at whether the golden dragon is moving, and then check the bloodline to identify the dragon." This "golden dragon" is the most moving Qi, that is, the strong vitality. The dragon needs to be "flying luan and dancing phoenix" to be alive; the water needs to be "snake-producing and coming out of the cave" to be alive; the cave needs to be "surrounded by mountains and water" to gather life; the sand needs to be "delicate and plump" to be alive; The soil must be "solid, moist and moist" in order to contain vitality; the soil must be "proper and in good condition" in order to contain vitality. When fortune telling, you should pay attention to the changing lines, and when looking at Feng Shui, you should pay attention to the changing objects. The first sign of vitality is agency and vitality.
The five qi are born in the earth and arise in all things.
The so-called "five qi" refers to the five popular qi of metal, water, wood, fire and earth. Note: Metal, water, wood, fire, and earth are called the "Five Elements", and "Xing" refers to trends and types. They are not the five basic material elements, but the five types of trends and changes. In modern terms these are five types of energy flows. These five qi pervade the universe and interact to produce all things. When it travels in the sky, it brings birth to the moon, stars, wind, frost, rain and snow; when it travels on the earth, it produces mountains, rocks, grass and trees, streams, rivers, lakes and seas; when it travels between heaven and earth, it produces people, horses, cattle, sheep, birds, beasts, insects, and fish.
Human beings receive their parents, their bodies receive Qi, and their bodies receive shade. "Jing" says: In response to the feeling of Qi, ghosts and people will be blessed. Therefore, the copper mountain collapses in the west, and the bells ring in the east; the trees bloom in spring, and the millet sprouts in the house.
The two qi of yin and yang are mutually rooted, interact with each other, and depend on each other. Positrons and negative electrons, positive protons and negative protons, positive particles and negative particles are all interdependent and interact. Visible matter and invisible matter fields can also be transformed into each other. When people are alive, they are yang, which is positive, and when they die, they are yin, which is negative. There is also a certain energy interaction between yin and yang, positive and negative. Although modern science has not confirmed this, the principle should be correct.
The bronze bell in the palace of the Han Dynasty rang for no reason one day. The emperor asked the minister Dongfang Shuo why, "It must be that the copper mountain in Western Shu collapsed." Dongfang Shuo answered him. Soon, someone reported that the copper mountain in Xishu had collapsed. The emperor asked Dongfang Shuo again why he had predicted this. Dongfang Shuo explained: Because the bronze bell in the palace was made of copper from Tongshan Mountain in Western Shu. It was born in Tongshan Mountain and carries the energy of Tongshan Mountain, so it can feel the copper bell. The collapse of the mountain makes it sing, just like the human body was born from its parents and can often feel the messages from their parents.
Whenever spring comes, when hundreds of grasses and trees are jointing and growing, the corn seeds hidden deep in the house will also feel the breath of spring and grow new buds.
The energy of yin and yang puffs up and becomes wind, rises and becomes clouds, falls and becomes rain, and travels to the earth and becomes vitality.
The two qi of yin and yang circulate in harmony, producing wind, cloud, rain and snow, and the circulation in the earth gives birth to all things. This kind of anger is invisible to the naked eye. We can only deduce it based on geography. First examine the sand and water in the dragon's cave, then examine the ups and downs of the situation, and then look at the gains and losses of luck. Make sure everyone takes advantage of the vitality in order to comply with the law.
The "Jing" says: If Qi rides on the wind, it will disperse, but if it is bounded by water, it will stop. The ancients said that when people gather, they will not disperse, and when they move, they will stop. Therefore, it is called Feng Shui.
The core secret of Feng Shui is to harness Qi; the core technique is to hide wind and gather Qi. The mountain ring can hide the wind, so that the Qi will not disperse; the water hug can gather the Qi, so that the Qi can be stopped. There are thousands of Feng Shui books, and these are what they say over and over again.
The method of Feng Shui is to obtain water first, and to hide wind second.
Mountains are quiet and are yin, and water is moving and yang. The moving ones come first, and the quiet ones come last. Feng Shui revitalizes the lively energy first, so getting water is the top priority. Besides, water not only has the function of stopping vitality, but also has the function of gathering qi. Therefore, if there are no mountains in the plain, just look at water, because with water, you can gather qi and keep it from dissipating, and it doesn't matter whether you hide the wind or not. Liao Jingjin once said: "Turn over and turn around to face the dynasty, and you are not afraid of the eight winds shaking it." This means that as long as there is water twisting and turning towards the dynasty, you are not afraid of the eight winds blowing the acupoints. It can be seen that the most important thing in Feng Shui is water. If a city uses roads as water, roads are the most valuable.
Why do we say that when Qi is strong, although it is popular, the rest is still there? Although it is scattered, the deep ones are still gathered.
Why should we emphasize getting water first? Because water is not like mountains, although mountains are far away, the remaining energy has no effect. Water is different. Water is distributed from its source and flows through thousands of streams. Even the remaining Qi in streams and ditches has the effect of stopping the vitality. Even if the water is scattered and broken in the ponds, the deep ones also have the function of gathering Qi. Yang Gong said: "A spoonful of Xun water can help the poor." But no one said that a small earthbag somewhere can make you rich, so Feng Shui must focus on getting water.
Therefore, if it is hidden in dry places, it should be shallow; if it is hidden in flat areas, it should be deep. "The Sutra" says: The shallow and the deep can be multiplied, and Feng Shui is created by itself.
In order to gain vitality, the depth or shallowness of burial also has a lot to do with it. Any cave in a place with a high mound and thick soil is considered dry, and the air floats above it, so it should be buried shallow; any cave in a flat place with a flat ocean is considered flat, and the air is trapped inside, so it should be buried shallow. Should be deep.
Generally, if the soil in the north is thick, it is better to be buried deeply, and in the south, the soil is thin, it is better to be buried shallowly; if the hall is wide, the Qi will be deep, and it is better to be buried deep to take advantage of it; if the hall is narrow, the Qi will be deep. It must be shallow, so it is better to bury it shallowly to take advantage of it.
These are all general rules. For specific methods, please refer to Lai Taisu's "Seventy-two Burial Methods".
Earth is the body of qi. When there is earth, there is qi; when there is qi, there is water. When there is qi, there is water. "Jing" says: External Qi is running rampant, and internal Qi is stopped. This is why.
Life has no form. When it moves in the sky, it takes the form of the sun, moon and stars; when it moves on the earth, it takes the form of mountains, rivers, vegetation. But soil is the best place to store vitality. Angry can breed and grow all things through soil, thus reflecting the role of vitality. Therefore, soil can be regarded as the form of vitality.
Water is formed by the condensation of gas into rain, dew, frost and snow. Therefore, gas is the mother body of water.
The light floating air is the sky, and the clouds and air in the sky produce rainwater, so it is said: the sky generates water.
The heavy, turbid and sinking air is the earth. The vitality of the earth achieves all things, so it is said: the sixty percent of the earth.
When the energy is in water, it is called external energy, which flows with the water; when the energy is in the soil, it is called internal energy, which flows along with the soil.
The bones of Qiu Long are the branches of Feng Fu, and the Qi follows them. "Jing" says: The shape of earth and the movement of Qi are the causes of things.
Qiu Long refers to the mountains, and the bones are the stones of the mountains; the wind refers to the ridges, and Fu refers to the flat hills. This means that Qi moves with the ups and downs of the mountain shape. Whether it is a high mountain stone wall or a ridge or a flat hill, it is a form of Qi, including all things that are born from the soil. It is precisely because of the vitality flowing in the soil that all things can grow.
For those who are born, the Qi gathers and condenses into bones, which are left alone after death. Therefore, for those who are buried, the Qi is reversed and the bones are contained, which is the method of birth by Yin.
When Qi gathers, life is achieved; when Qi disperses, life is achieved. As the saying goes: "Three inches of Qi can be used in many ways, but once it is impermanent, everything will stop." The essence of Qi condensed in the human body is the bones. When a person dies and his body rots, leaving only a handful of dead bones, they will not rot for a long time. The Qi hidden in these dead bones still has some kind of inductive connection with the living relatives. As long as these dead bones are buried in Kona Qi Where, then, you can give birth to your relatives who are still alive.
Of course, this is just one way the ancients explained why burial tombs can affect the fate of future generations. Whether the truth is correct or not, we don’t know. However, a large number of examples can prove that the feng shui of the ancestors' shady houses can indeed affect the fate of future generations. As for the truth, let the scientists find it, and they will find it one day.
According to the situation
The Qi moves in the earth, and its movement depends on the situation of the earth; its gathering depends on the situation of the situation. Those who are buried should take advantage of their origin and stop.
Qi moves in the earth and is invisible to humans.
The only thing visible is the mountains. If the mountains are dynamic, the earth's Qi will be strong; if the mountains are dry and stagnant, the earth's Qi will be weak. When the mountains are running, the earth's energy prevails; when the mountains are circling, the earth's energy condenses. The burial method is to see clearly the ins and outs of the mountain, understand the origin and end of the earth's energy, and according to the ups and downs of the mountain, use methods such as covering, sticking and leaning to absorb its energy.
The original veins of the terrain and the original bones of the mountains are arranged from east to west, south or north.
In flat land, earth ridges are used as veins; in mountainous places, stone ridges are used as bones. You must carefully observe the direction of the earth's veins, pay attention to the coming and going of the mountains, whether east or west, south or north, rising and breaking, crossing fields and water, bending sideways, grass lines are gray snakes, don't be careless.
Thousands of feet are potential, and hundreds of feet are form. When the potential comes, the form stops, which is called complete qi. In a place full of energy, it should be buried.
Thousands of feet means it is high and far away, that is, the mountains are high and far away, and they become powerful. Bai Chi means that it is low and small, which means that although the mountain is small, it has its shape. The place where the sand and water of the Dragon Cave gather is the place where the form stops, which is called the complete Qi. A place full of energy is a good place to bury people.
If you want to go forward and recover tactfully, you will repeat the loop, if you are standing and waiting, if you are embracing but there is a retreat, if you want to stop, you will be deep. It comes to stop accumulation and counteract yang and yin. The soil is high, the water is deep, and there are lush grass and lush forests. As valuable as a thousand chariots, as rich as ten thousand gold.
In the land of full energy, the mountains are like a dragon, gracefully twisting and turning, with ups and downs, vivid and powerful. Where the mountain ends, it looks like a lion perched or a tiger lying down, standing still and motionless, giving the impression of a king dominating the world. Surrounded by overlapping sand and water guards, it is like hundreds of officials paying homage to the emperor and ten thousand Buddhas paying homage to the sect. Until all the mountains come together to pay homage, all the waters come together to gather together. Mountains are yin, and water is yang. When mountains and rivers come together, they harmonize yin and yang. A place where yin and yang meet must be a geomantic treasure land with high soil, deep water, lush grass and lush forests, and full of vitality. The dignity of dragons and elephants is like that of an emperor going out on an expedition, surrounded by thousands of chariots; or like a wealthy man going out, surrounded by hundreds of servants.
The "Jing" says: Form stops Qi and accumulates, and transforms all things into being, which is the upper ground.
Where mountains and rivers converge, that is where vitality accumulates. Because the wind and energy are hidden here, it is the best place to give birth to new life. It is also an excellent place to bury people.
