Xinglong Mountain Scenic Area is located 45 kilometers southeast of Lanzhou City and 6 kilometers away from Yuzhong County. Lintao County in the south and Qilihe District in the west. There are scenic spots such as Yunlong Bridge, Giant Buddha Hall and Chiang Kai-shek's official residence.
Yunlong bridge
Yunlong Bridge is a long-corridor wooden arch bridge. The bridge is arched and exquisite, like a rainbow across a mountain stream. Bridge length155m, width 3m. There are seven corridors on the bridge, and a pavilion at each end of the bridge, which is a building with cornices at the four corners of Xieding Mountain. Carved beams and painted buildings in the gallery, glazed tiles on the top of the gallery. According to Taoist theory, "Long Yun Teng, from Yunlong", this bridge connects Yun Qi and Xinglong Peak, so it is called "Yunlong Bridge". There is an eye-catching couplet engraved on the bridge: "There are more clouds than Mount Tai, and the rain makes the immortals happy;" The dragon went into the sea and ran to the mountain. "
The bridge here was originally built in the twenty-eighth year of Qianlong, that is, AD 1763. It was destroyed and rebuilt many times. In the 26th year of Guangxu, namely 1900, Cen Chunxuan, the minister of Gansu, allocated money for reconstruction, and Chen Chang, the magistrate of a county, was renamed "Yunlong Bridge". Yunlong Bridge is one of the ancient buildings and one of the symbols of Xinglong Mountain. It is listed as a provincial cultural relic protection. 198 1, the government allocated funds for reconstruction, because the bridge has been tilted. 1985, Lanzhou Bureau of Landscape Architecture repainted the bridge and deleted the couplets written by Chen Chang, which were written by Zhao Zheng, vice chairman of Gansu Calligraphy Association, and hung in front of the pavilion.
Giant Buddha hall
There are three halls in the middle of the Buddha Hall, with two auxiliary halls on each side. Dougong double eaves, carved beams and painted buildings are all blue, green and red, which is serious. There are three spruces in front of the temple and five yurts in the courtyard. Above the main hall, Zhao Puchu inscribed the word "Ursa Major". The main hall is dedicated to three buddhas, with Sakyamuni in the middle, the pharmacist Buddha in the pure glass world in the east on the left and Amitabha Buddha in the western paradise on the right. In front of Sakyamuni is the famous "Genghis Khan" in Yuan Taizu.
