Utilization of wuyue soil

The five mountains refer to Mount Tai, Huashan, Hengshan, Songshan and Hengshan.

According to Ren Fang's Records of Foreign Objects in the Six Dynasties, during the Qin and Han Dynasties, the folk legend Pangu (the god who created the world in ancient times) took Dongyue as his head, Nanyue as his left arm, Beiyue as his right arm, and Xiyue as his foot and died. Pangu's corpse turned east and turned into the East Mountain, so Mount Tai certainly became the head of the Five Mountains. Mount Tai was once a place where feudal emperors offered sacrifices to heaven and Zen, and it was also a symbol of feudal emperors' obedience to heaven and determination to the Central Plains.
