Solve by elimination. Look at three aspects:
1, power supply problem, although the standard is 380W, is the quality and performance really achieved (solution: change the power supply, don't change anything else, try it on, ok).
2. Memory: Re-insert it repeatedly to make sure it is plugged in. If not, try installing a memory that is confirmed to be available and no problem. (Most of the crashes are in memory and graphics cards. Memory dead key, mouse, screen does not respond; Graphics card death is generally just screen death. )
3, CPU: not installed, poor contact will crash and restart. C's heat dissipation is not good, or C's fan speed is low. If it is not installed correctly, it will die and restart. Of course, the CPU itself will crash and restart if its quality is not good.
And your external power supply voltage is too high or too low, which will also have an impact.
