Wulanzhao Reservoir is located in the middle reaches of Yinma River, a tributary of Laoha River in Saliba Township, Aohan Banner. The basin covers an area of 200 square kilometers with a total storage capacity of 8.96 million cubic meters. It is a small (I) reservoir, which started in June 1 year and was completed at the end of June/0/959, with a state subsidy investment of 200,000 yuan. After 1965 sludge was scrapped, the dam site was moved up by 3 kilometers for reconstruction. The total designed storage capacity was12.6 million cubic meters, the beneficial storage capacity was 3.06 million cubic meters, and the dead storage capacity was1460,000 cubic meters. It was a medium-sized reservoir. The reservoir consists of main dam, auxiliary dam, spillway and water conveyance tunnel. The national subsidy investment for the renovation project was128,700 yuan, earthwork 10000 cubic meters, and 258,000 man-days, which was completed in 1966. 1985 is blocked again. After three years of construction, a flood discharge and sand washing tunnel was built at 1992, trying to restore part of the storage capacity, prolong the service life of the reservoir and increase farmers' income.
Dahushi Reservoir is the second large reservoir in Chifeng City. Xiquan Township, Ningcheng County, is located in the lower reaches of Heili River, a tributary of Laoha River. The control basin covers an area of 540 square kilometers, accounting for 85.4% of the total basin area of 632 square kilometers. This is a large reservoir, which is mainly used for irrigation and flood control, as well as power generation and fish farming. Total storage capacity119.6 million cubic meters, flood control storage capacity of 57.57 million cubic meters, xingli storage capacity of 63.22 million cubic meters and dead storage capacity of 6.78 million cubic meters. The design benefit is to irrigate 224,000 mu, protect 210.4 million people, generate 410.6 million kwh of electricity every year, and cultivate 6,000 mu of fish. The reservoir consists of dam, water conveyance tunnel, flood discharge tunnel and power station.
Gaojiadian Reservoir is located in Gaojiadian Village, Baoguotu Township, Aohan Banner. 1974 started in may, and1976 was completed in July. Control the Gaojiadian River, a tributary of the Mangniu River, with a drainage area of 82.6 square kilometers and a total storage capacity of19.46 million cubic meters. The reservoir consists of a dam and a water conveyance tunnel. Maximum dam height 18m and dam length 5 13m. The water conveyance tunnels are located at both ends of the dam, with the maximum discharge of the east tunnel being 22.3m3/s and the maximum discharge of the west tunnel being19.9m3/s. Designed by Aohan Banner Water Conservancy Team and constructed by Land Commune. The designed irrigation area is10.5 million mu, the effective irrigation area is 0.3 million mu, and the fish culture water surface is10.5 million mu. 1August 9, 984, the highest water level in history was 98. 1m, and no abnormality was found in the main project. 1977- 1985 actually irrigated 0.3 million mu of farmland, 1985 siltation14.87 million cubic meters, 1982 started fishing.
Erdaohezi Reservoir, located in the upper reaches of Gahe River on the west road of Laofu Township in the suburbs, was started in March 1970 and completed in October 1972. The reservoir project consists of dam, spillway and water conveyance tunnel. The largest dam is 44.5 meters high and 370 meters long. The spillway is open, with a clear width of 56 meters and a maximum flow of 370 cubic meters per second. The water conveyance tunnel is a pressure tunnel with a maximum flow of 3 1.3 cubic meters per second. The designed irrigation area is 6.5438+0.24 million mu, and the fish culture water surface is 5,400 mu.
Sanzuodian Reservoir is the largest water conservancy construction project in Inner Mongolia during the Tenth Five-Year Plan period. The project is located in the lower reaches of Yinhe River, a tributary of Xiliao River in Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia. The dam site is located 0.5km upstream of Sanzuodian Village, Toutoulang Town, Songshan District, Chifeng City, and 35km away from Chifeng City. The main functions of Sanzuodian Reservoir include urban flood control, water supply and ecological agriculture irrigation. The total design storage capacity of the project is 305 million cubic meters, the control basin area is 2,842 square kilometers, and the annual runoff is1.41000 million cubic meters, which can improve the flood control standard of Chifeng city from the original once every 5-20 years to 1.000, and can supply 47.45 million cubic meters of water to Chifeng city every year, which can be the downstream ecology. In 2009, the project met the requirements of sluice storage, and was completed by the end of 20 1 1.
Mengjiaduan Reservoir is located on the right bank of the middle reaches of Liaohe River (West Liaohe River), between Mingren Sumu and Baxiantong Town, Naiman Banner, Tongliao City. The reservoir takes water from the south flood diversion sluice of Sujiabao Water Control Project, and consists of an upper reservoir and a lower reservoir, of which the upper reservoir has a storage capacity of 5.87 million cubic meters and the lower reservoir has a storage capacity of 49.3 million cubic meters, with a total storage capacity of/kloc-0.08 million cubic meters. It is a large plain reservoir integrating flood control, irrigation, aquaculture and tourism. Mengjiaduan Reservoir Project consists of upper reservoir, main and auxiliary reservoir flood diversion channel, lower reservoir and spillway. The reservoir level is Grade II and the building level is Grade III. The design flood standard is once every 50 years, and the design flood peak is 2592 cubic meters. Meilihe Pumping Station, located in yuanbaoshan district. To upgrade the Laoha River, the designed lifting flow is 0.67 cubic meters per second, and the total installed capacity is 537 kilowatts /4 units. The designed irrigation area is 23,000 mu, and the actual irrigation area is 730,000 mu.
Panlongshan Irrigation District, 1958. The irrigation scope covers Nailin Commune, Dianzi Commune, Matiyingzi Commune, Pingzhuang Commune, Meilihe Commune and Nailin Fruit Farm Commune on the left bank of Laoha River, involving 6,543.8+10,000 mu of farmland of 27 brigades and 654.38+089 production teams. The main canal is 32km long, the branch canals are15km long, and there are 37 bucket canals, which are 187. km long. In 1959, 93 canal heads and canal system buildings were completed, with a national investment of 978 1 10,000 yuan, consuming 57i tons of steel, 0/265,438 tons of cement, 663 cubic meters of wood and 827,000 man-days. From 65438 to 0960, it was transferred to supporting projects, with a total investment of 263 1.6 million yuan from 1985.
Yingjinhe Irrigation Canal is the largest irrigation project in Chifeng City during the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period. Located on the left bank of Jinying River in the eastern suburb, it consists of two sources and two main canals. Dahushi Hydropower Station, a supporting project of Dahushi Reservoir in Ningcheng County, has a national investment of 1, 2 1, 000 yuan. Gouyutai Hydropower Station is a supporting project of Gouyutai Reservoir in Ningcheng County. The state invested 40,000 yuan to install three 250kW hydro-generator sets, which were completed in June 1979 and put into seasonal power generation in June 1983, with an annual output of 700,000 kWh.
Hongshan reservoir power station is a supporting project of Hongshan reservoir, which is equipped with five hydro-generator sets with a total capacity of 6720 kilowatts. Liaohe irrigation area uses water to generate electricity (seasonal power generation) in flood season, with an annual power generation of 2.4 million kWh, which has been incorporated into the power grid.
Yupu Power Station is located in the lower reaches of Hongshan Reservoir, and it is one of the cascade development power stations of Laoha River. The power station was built in the early 1990s and belongs to one of the key construction projects in electrification county of Onniute Banner. The hydropower station is a back dam hydropower station with a storage capacity of 3.7 million cubic meters. Design head 19.6m, single machine flow 16.27m/s, installed capacity of power station 2× 2,500kw, annual utilization hours of 3,780 hours, and designed annual power generation189,000 kw h/year.
