There are two methods for seed treatment of Chinese pine. Soak seeds in warm water to accelerate germination and freeze snow. Generally, seeds are soaked in warm water to accelerate germination. Accelerate seed germination 10 day before sowing. Soak in ferrous sulfate with the concentration of 1-2% for 1 hour, then soak in potassium permanganate with the concentration of 1% for 1 hour, rinse with clean water twice, then soak the seeds in warm water with the temperature of 45℃ for 24 hours, take them out, put them in a warm place, and spread them on wet sacks or straw bags.
2. sow?
The sowing season of Pinus tabulaeformis is divided into spring sowing and autumn sowing. Generally, it is better to sow in spring, so sow as early as possible, and sow in autumn before freezing, which can avoid the seed germination process. Before sowing, water the soles of the feet. The sowing method is mainly drilling, the sowing width is 3~7cm, the row spacing is 15~20cm, and the covering soil is about 1 cm. Germinated seeds can germinate and be unearthed in 7~ 10 days after sowing. Sowing in greenhouse should be 1 month in advance, but attention should be paid to ventilation to prevent seedling blight.
