Topographic geomantic omen is more important than indoor geomantic omen, which refers to the actual geographical environment around the house. If you live in an apartment, you should use the geographical shape and location of the whole building to identify whether your home meets the standards of good feng shui. According to the orthodox geomantic omen, the most ideal residence should be built in the geographical environment as shown in Figure 2- 1. The undulating terrain symbolizes different kinds of wild animals. In traditional geomantic omen, * * * has four different kinds of beasts to guard their homes.
Xuanwu Mountain (also known as Black Turtle Mountain) is the backing behind the house, and this backing is best located in the north.
On the left is Qinglong Mountain, preferably in the east.
White Tiger Mountain is on the right, and the ideal location is in the west, which is definitely lower than Qinglong Mountain on the left and Xuanwu Mountain behind.
Zhuque Mountain (also known as Phoenix Mountain) in front is best located in the south, and then a small river flows slowly through the house, just like a jade belt around the home. This terrain has a special name, called "jade belt around". Just listening to this name is very imposing, right?
This whole combination is what everyone calls the former Suzaku, the later Xuanwu, the left Qinglong and the right White Tiger. The whole terrain looks like a comfortable lounge chair! Please don't underestimate this, it symbolizes a comfortable and carefree life!
It is precisely because of this terrain combination that many wealthy Chinese businessmen in Asia spare no expense to invite skilled craftsmen to build the terrain of Qianzuzhaku, Houxuanwu, Zuoqinglong and Youbaihu outside their homes by artificial means, so as to enjoy the feng shui luck that everyone admires and bless future generations.
In the past, it was difficult for feng shui experts to find such a blessed land, but today, we can imitate the configuration with the help of artificial power, and it turns out that its effect is as effective as nature! So, what should we do?
The important principle-never "cut to the chase" is very simple. According to the basic rules of geomantic omen, it is enough to build a terrain with mountains and water behind it. Such a topographical outline is very important in geomantic omen, so those undulating mountains are always better than a flat land. However, the most important rule is never to "cut to the chase", that is, it is best not to have mountains blocking the door. The front of the house and the front of the gate should be empty, and nothing can block the view. In addition, if there is a river flowing slowly in front of the house, and the overall vision is wide, such residential feng shui is very prosperous.
In modern geographical environment, "mountain" means that there are tall or large buildings near home. If there is such a building near the house, make sure it is behind your house, not in front! If there is a big building behind a small bungalow, it is good feng shui, because the bungalow is protected by Xuanwu and should be located behind the house. This is the basic law of Feng Shui.
At the same time, the left side of this bungalow (viewed from the inside out) must be slightly higher than the right side, so as to activate the power of Qinglong White Tiger. If the situation is the opposite, it will be bad, indicating that the momentum of the white tiger is above the dragon, which will contain the auspicious dragon and bite the people in the house.
If there is a clearing or a river in front of the house, wow! The feng shui boom index of this bungalow will soar immediately. Therefore, in the urban landscape, it has become an important subject of modern geomantic omen to skillfully use the power of the four great beasts to absorb auspiciousness.
Making good use of the four great beasts-Xuanwu, Qinglong, White Tiger and Suzaku-are very important and powerful symbols of landforms and wind and water. As long as you know them, amateur feng shui lovers can effectively strengthen the topography and feng shui of their homes.
The combination of "reclining chairs" like Figure 2-2 is not easy to find in the natural geographical environment. Even if they do, I'm afraid not everyone can afford it. However, with a little cleverness, we can still imitate these landforms to start Feng Shui luck. As long as you follow the following methods, you can do it.
First of all, watch your back! The mountain shape behind the house must be higher than the front of the house, so if you can afford it, you might as well build an artificial hill behind the house to symbolize the bulging turtle back, so that your home will have a backer. Of course, the best place to build Xuanwu is the north of the house, but if it is impossible, it doesn't matter.
If it is really impossible to build a high pier behind the house, then hang a picture or photo of the tortoise behind the house. Might as well get a turtle. If you don't like turtles, you can raise their relatives, such as turtles. If there is no way to raise it behind the house, then raise it in the north of the house! But everything is enough, don't overdo it, just keep one, don't keep a hundred turtles! Don't forget, the turtle's corresponding number is l! If it is inconvenient to feed, a turtle made of pottery or copper will do.
If you want to find the place where dragons are hidden, you should look for undulating land, not flat terrain. The mythical beast Xianglong is very important in the hearts of China people. It is said that the place where dragons can be hidden is the bustling place among the bustling places. In fact, there are many major areas of study in Feng Shui, all of which are how to find the real Long Mai in the mountains. Xianglong will only occupy places with lush flowers and trees, fertile soil, fresh air and no strong winds. Don't choose the top of the mountain that is windy on all sides, or those wasteland that can't even grow vegetation. In addition, this land should not only have sunshine, but also have appropriate shadows, so that the power of yin and harmony can be reconciled.
