Describe the airflow conditions in different parts of the cyclone and the weather characteristics under control.

Take the northern hemisphere as an example. Horizontally, counterclockwise inward, the wind is northeasterly in the north, southwesterly in the south, northwesterly in the west, and southeasterly in the east. The vertical direction is upward, bringing rainy weather.

If it is a typhoon, the center is the eye of the typhoon and the weather is clear; the periphery is the whirlpool wind and rain area, where the airflow rises and there is heavy rain; the outermost periphery is the gale area, where the wind is strong.
