Where is the Roewe 360 cold and warm air conversion motor?

The reason why Roewe 360 cold and warm air conversion motor is installed under the air inlet branch pipe and at the sewer pipe joint of the water tank is to control the fan plate of the warm water tank. If the motor receives the temperature instruction from the air conditioning computer, the servo motor will adjust the positions of the air doors of the air duct of the warm water tank and the air duct of the evaporation tank to achieve the mixing ratio of cold and warm air, thus completing the automatic temperature control.

There is no separate motor in the heating system, and a blower is used for heating and cooling air, which is located below the air inlet pipe. At the same time, at the water pipe joint of the water tank, the conversion of cold and warm air is only that the air pipe is transferred to the water heater or evaporator to blow air, so there are warm air and cold air. To replace the blower, you need to open the engine compartment and remove the hood, so that you can see the blower, and you can take it out by removing the screws and plugs. If it really doesn't work, go to the repair shop.

Remove the compressor and compressor with plastic pulley without damage or external force: avoid hitting the plastic pulley (with tools and contact pads). Damaged compressors can only be returned in the original packaging. When the new compressor is put into operation for the first time, the following operations must be carried out:

Turn all air outlets on the instrument panel to the "open" position 1 to start the engine and keep it at a stable idle position. Adjust the fan power to at least 75% of the maximum fan power, turn on the heating and cooling air conditioner, and run at idle speed for at least 2 minutes (there is danger of damage when the motor rotates). Compressor mechanical failure, debris into the refrigeration cycle.
