There are several towns under the jurisdiction of Ankang Baihe County

Baihe County has 12 towns under its jurisdiction, namely Chengguan Town, Zhongchang Town, Gouba Town, Maoping Town, Kazi Town, Songjia Town, Xiying Town, Cangshang Town, Lengshui Town, Ma Hu Town, Xiaoshuang Town, Shuangfeng Town.

Baihe County is located in the east of Ankang City, Shaanxi Province, in the eastern section of Bashan. It borders the Han River to the north, faces Yunxi County of Hubei Province across the river, borders Yun County and Zhushan County of Hubei Province to the east and south respectively, and is connected to Xunyang County in the west. The terrain is high in the south and low in the north, with mountains and valleys alternating throughout the county. The Han River crosses from the north of the county from west to east. The Lengshui River and Baishi River in the county flow into the Han River roughly parallel from southwest to northeast of the county. Baihe County is located at the beginning of Qin and the end of Chu. It was known in ancient times as "Wukui leads to the south, Shangluo to the north, Junjunfang to the east, Guannan is dangerous, and Baihe is especially in Jinhou."
