What's wrong with planting onions on new graves?

Planting onions on new graves is a folk superstition of geomantic omen. According to superstitions and legends, doing so can make future generations flourish. Generally speaking, the lush grass (including onions) on the grave indicates that the feng shui of the grave may be better. But this statement has no scientific basis, just folk superstition.
