Can flame turtle be a Feng Shui turtle?

Flame turtle is an aquatic turtle, mainly distributed in the North American continent, living in lakes, rivers, ponds and other places. Abdominal armor is usually yellow, sometimes with red, sometimes with black to reddish brown patterns, and its size and shape are uncertain. Flame turtle's skin is black to olive, with yellow and red stripes on his neck, limbs and tail, and yellow stripes on his head. The male turtle has long front paws and a thick tail. Female turtles are generally larger, with shorter forepaws and shorter tails.
