What is the principle of dehumidification air source heat pump?
The fan of the equipment sucks warm and humid air from the swimming pool room. Air flows through the evaporator (dehumidifier) coil, which transfers the recovered heat energy generated by evaporation of pool water to the cold liquid refrigerant while refrigerating and dehumidifying. This energy exchange makes the air temperature drop below the dew point, forming condensation on the evaporator coil, and the formed moisture flows into the liquid pan of the equipment and is discharged through the drainage pipe, and the humid air is transformed into dry cold air. After the liquid refrigerant flows through the evaporator, the recovered air heat energy becomes a low-temperature and low-pressure gaseous refrigerant. The low-temperature gaseous refrigerant then enters the compressor and is compressed into a high-temperature gaseous state. The high-temperature gaseous refrigerant flows through the air-cooled condenser of the main engine or the auxiliary heating condenser of the pool water heat pump or the outdoor condenser, which means that the high-temperature gaseous refrigerant changes from a gaseous state to a liquid state, releasing the recovered heat and heating the indoor air temperature or the pool water temperature. When the indoor air needs to be heated, the air-cooled condenser of the main engine works and sends dry and hot air to heat the indoor air. If the indoor air temperature meets the requirements, the recovered condensation heat heats the pool water, and the host sends dry cold air to refrigerate the indoor air. If the indoor air temperature and the pool water temperature meet the requirements at the same time, the recovered condensation heat is discharged to the outdoor atmosphere through the outdoor condenser. The high-temperature gaseous refrigerant flows through the condenser and condenses into a warm liquid, releasing the condensation heat. When the indoor air temperature exceeds the required upper limit, the air-cooled condenser of the main engine stops working, and cold air is sent out through the dehumidifying evaporator to cool the indoor air.
