Go out for a walk-Kuchong Ancient Village, Zhongshan

I was going to have a picnic in the park with a friend last night, but this morning she said she didn't want to go and said she would take me to her friend's farm to play. The farm is ten or twenty kilometers away from nanlang town. Although I am very greedy for the clay pot rice of Ya Kou, I still refused. Because I have to pick up my children from school at 4 pm, the time is too hasty; Another reason is that I don't know her friends, so it doesn't seem interesting to go.

A person at home, drinking tea and reading on the balcony. After an hour, my eyes were a little tired and my head was a little dizzy. Look at the sunshine and friendliness outside. This is really a good day to go out for a walk.

A few days ago, I seemed to see a tweet from the official account of WeChat, a literary traveler from Zhongshan, introducing the watchtowers and ancient temples in Kuchong Ancient Village. The impression of Kuchong Village stays in the chaotic market of Kuchong. I don't believe it has anything to do with "ancient villages". Anyway, it's not far to think about it. It's better to explore it.

Decided not to invite friends, riding an electric donkey and going alone.

Out of the house, go south along the coastal bay road for about one kilometer to the west gate of Zimaling, turn right into Dongyu Road for about one kilometer to reach the intersection of Dongyu Road and Dongyuan. I found a shop nearby, parked my electric car and changed it.

I searched the location of "Chen Tian Juegong Temple" in the tweet on Baidu map and found a nearest alley to enter. After only a dozen meters' walk, we arrived at the entrance of Tongde Kindergarten, opposite which was a kindergarten called Kuchong Wang Shichang Kindergarten. A signpost was erected at the intersection, so I walked along it to "Chen Tian Juegong Temple".

Wandering around the village slowly. It is said to be an ancient village, but the ancient charm is still hard to find. Occasionally, several big houses of the Republic of China will be found in modern bungalows. Most people still live, but there is a sign of "rental house" in front of the door. Occasionally, I met several women sitting together and chatting in the alley, listening to all the foreign accents.

I only found four or five towers in the village, scattered all over the village. I found one while walking, and found another while walking. What a surprise and treasure hunt!

"Chen Tian Juegong Temple" was found next to a watchtower. It seems to have been renovated and looks brand-new. The public shrine is a building with two halls and a patio. In the center of the lobby is a statue of Chen Tianjue. The walls of the corridors on both sides of the patio are covered with donation lists and some introductions by Chen Tianjue. Because there are several old people in the ancestral hall, I don't have the courage to look closely.

The ancestral hall is about five or six meters high and has a big yard. The front hall is airy and cool. In summer, it becomes the activity center for the elderly in the village, where several old friends can play cards, play chess and chat. Looking at the sky from the patio, the blue sky and white clouds are clear. From time to time, a few birds twittered in. It's really a treasure house for old people to have fun.

After wandering outside the temple, some young people in the village used their old houses to transform them into small shops with characteristics. But I don't know if it's noon. Everyone has a lunch break. Most shops are closed, so I can't go in and have a look.

In fact, this ancient village is not too old to compare with any places of interest, but when a person is bored, he will take a walk in these streets, see the historical traces of a hundred years ago dotted with modern buildings, see the integration of foreigners and locals, and see the collision between the freshness of young people and the tradition of old people, and life will become interesting!

Out of the village, I walked dozens of meters to the "Uncle Zhu Yuan Curry" in Dongyuan Street and ate a curry pork chop rice, which was delicious!

I looked at the record of steps on my mobile phone, and there were more than 5000 steps. Ha, the small goal of daily exercise has been achieved!
