Which four types of people live longer?

Heart determines sex, which is called Xinxing, sex determines fate, which is called life, fate determines fate, which is fate, fate determines qi, which is called luck, qi determines color, which is called complexion, and color determines appearance, which is called appearance. When we talk about longevity, there are four types of people who live long: the first type, the heartless people live long; the second type, the confused people live long; the third type, the calm people live long; the fourth type, the enlightened people live long. So where does the disease come from? Some people worry, worry, care, and hope all day long... they have a lot of various emotions. Such people fit the word "suffering" of a "patient". Their hearts are always racing. Today they are worried about their children, and tomorrow they are worried about this person. Be angry with that person, worry with that person, be scared with that person...that's it, prepare to be a patient! A calm mind leads to longevity. It doesn't mean that a person with knowledge can be an official. It's not like this. It doesn't mean that a person with talent can be a boss. Nowadays, many people are unconvinced: "How can this person become a boss if he has nothing?" Look at how calm people are, they are very calm about money. Some people are very calm when they are officials. Being a director is as easy as going to the toilet. Can you do that? Being a team leader is very exciting, your capacity is only so big! Remember, the size of your heart is the size of your world. Nowadays, many people like to argue: "Look, this leader has no talent." Does he need to be talented? God does not like talented people, and does not like you to be talented. He only likes peace and quiet. So Buddhism talks about the middle way, Confucianism and Taoism also talk about the golden mean and the middle way. Peace can go far, and peace can last forever. A person with knowledge is called clever. So what does it mean to be wise? Everyone, write out the word "hui" for wisdom - you see, the word "wisdom" is the heart of the heart below, and add a broom on top to clean it in reverse, and you will get a double harvest in life and career. But who can cleanse his own soul? People are always looking for faults in others in their lives. How many people are looking for faults in themselves? The glass cleaners are always looking for faults in each other - you look so dirty! Please turn around and take a look at yourself - Ouch, my end is also very dirty! But there are too few people who can reflect on themselves! Therefore, wisdom is rare. A little bit of wisdom is called great wisdom, and no matter how much wisdom you have, it is just a little cleverness. Some people are smart all their lives, but in the end they are nothing when they grow old. Too many! Some people are good at nothing but can start well and end well. Foolish people are blessed! First of all, human diseases are caused by the heart, and life is also caused by the heart. All religions, whether they are Taoism, Buddhism, Catholicism, Islam, Christianity... No matter what religion they are, they all teach that destiny is born from one's own heart. Diseases also arise from the heart. As long as we can clean up the garbage in our hearts, diseases and fate can be reversed. Otherwise, it would be impossible for all these religions to be born and develop to this day. If they can’t change their destiny, then why develop them? Why do you need it? In fact, all diseases are reminders that people have shortcomings and mistakes, otherwise you would not have the disease. "The body is like a bodhi tree, and the mind is like a mirror." This sentence tells people: "The body is the mirror of the soul." There are very few people who can understand this. In addition, the second point he said is: "Always wipe it diligently and don't let it stir up dust." First of all, there are only a few people who can see their own dust, let alone "brush it away diligently"? There are even fewer people who can wipe it! So much spiritual garbage accumulated in this life will be cleaned from now on using spiritual methods. Our method can be summarized as Guanshiyin's Guanzi (simplified). On the left side of Guanzi is "you", and on the right side is "见" - seeing one's own past history. Why did that girl just say: "I am very cold", and I said to her: "You are worried and scared." Cause and effect are caused by this mood. You must cut off cause and effect to change your own character. When your heart changes, everything in the world changes. It turns out that the root of everything lies in the heart and nature, and this character is created by adding the word "心" next to the word "心" which means "生" of life - "心". But now people are confused and don’t know that the mind can give birth to everything and the heart can destroy everything. Wherever it arises, it should be destroyed. What method should be used to repair it? The first is the right view, and then the second method is to develop the right view again. What does "recover the right view" mean? It is to cleanse the mind of the past in reverse. Then the third one is called self-reflection, and the fourth one is called modifying the outlook on life. It turns out that it is impossible to become enlightened without changing your outlook on life, it is impossible to get rid of diseases without cleaning up your own spiritual garbage, and it is impossible to change your destiny. Our method is also a reference to enlightenment, it is called Zen, it is called enlightenment. Comprehensive understanding of the word "Shen" has a "Selfish" on the top, a "big" in the middle, and a "deletion" on the bottom - three strokes and three swords.

Our method is a powerful word Neng, and the word Neng is also the right side of selfishness, with the moon underneath, which is actually what it is - we use two daggers to stab our own selfishness in private. But here we need to talk about what selfishness is. Selfishness means that all moods (emotions) are called selfishness. Everyone remembers a concept, as long as there is any mood, it is called selfishness, because without the word selfishness, there is no love, and without the word, there is no heart. Wuxin is what Buddhism calls emptiness, no heart! Now you can understand why heartless people live longer, confused people have better lives, and why more conscientious people have worse lives. Whoever is serious will be unlucky (this seriousness refers to persistence, not the seriousness of fulfilling one's duties). In this world, life is originally a drama, and those who live are confused (non-persistent) and those who live are not serious (persistent). Why are so many people so serious? If they are serious about their children, they will hurt you, and the children will not go well; if they are serious on their work, they will hurt you, and their work will not go well; if they are serious on their love, their love will hurt them for the rest of their lives; whatever they are attached to will hurt us! ...What we practice is not to be serious (not attached), to be indifferent! The word "downbeat" is exactly three points of water pouring two fires - inflammation of inflammation. Only by being "downbeat" can the inflammation be reduced. Our method is still the word "talk" in conversation - if you want to get rid of a disease, use two words "fire" and one word "yan" to talk about it. Talking and being quiet are our methods. There is also a very important word called repentance, which is also our method. The two words "Repent" have vertical hearts on the left, and one thousand and one on the right. The ancients said that if a person meditates for one day and repentes for one day, he will be a saint for one day. If he meditates for ten days and repentes for ten days, he will become a saint for ten days. One year of repentance and one year of repentance will make us a saint. If we "clean it diligently" in this life, we will surely be able to reach the other side of the light. It turns out that there are hints everywhere on how people can get rid of diseases and change their destiny - it is through the heart! But modern people obviously live for their souls, but they don’t cultivate their souls. They think that muscles mean health. This is a big mistake. Since people live by their mood, why not just let your mood be peaceful and happy? You can make your own decisions about your mood. After these methods are taught to you, we can find the corresponding rules one by one, and then start to find our own problems according to each rule. If we find one, we can alleviate the disease. Remember, "Practice is the only criterion for testing truth." Everyone has Buddha nature and is perfect. It listens to you. What exactly is a Buddha? It’s not a statue. It’s big and has no outside, and its small is no inside. It’s the truth everywhere. It has no big or small, no appearance. It’s just science that calls it law and truth. Those who believe in Buddhism call it Buddha. Those who believe in the Tao call it the Tao. Those who believe in the Lord call it the Lord. , just using different nouns. I call it a force of nature. Natural force has several notable characteristics: 1. It has the nature of thinking and is supreme wisdom. 2. It has truth and is the designer of truth. 3. Be fair and make the whole world fair. 4. Natural forces have tendencies. We will lean toward whoever is enlightened, virtuous, natural, and calm. . In fact, life is a drama, but don't really enter it. Whoever enters it will be unlucky. Looking back, what was the use of fighting with someone 20 years ago? What was the use of being a class leader 5 years ago? Only when you look back can you understand, so when you look back, you will find the right path. Why don’t we stand in the future and think back to today? Why don’t we reflect on ourselves today? Today, when we look back at life from the perspective of being over 80 years old, we will understand. 5. Natural forces are inviolable, and anyone who violates them will be punished. 6. The forces of nature are friendly, especially to kind people, and they can turn misfortune into good fortune. 7. The balance of natural forces has hysteresis and increases over time. Remember, the further back the balance is, the greater the disaster will be, and the further forward the balance is, the smaller the disaster will be. The more you want to avoid it, the more you can avoid it. Many people tell fortunes to resolve disasters, but they don’t know that the fortunes are getting thinner and thinner, and the more they avoid disasters, the greater the disaster will be in the future. 8. Natural forces test people. Remember, generally before a disaster occurs, there must be an upset or unhappy mood, which is often accompanied by a quarrel, and then the disaster occurs. That is to say, take a small thing to test you. If you fail, a major disaster will occur; if you pass, disaster can be avoided. If you don't reflect on the misfortunes, misfortunes never come alone. If you reflect on yourself in the face of disaster, the disaster will be resolved. 9. Natural forces are suggestive. When prompted, you should quickly find your fault. This is to remind you to stop struggling, otherwise illness and setbacks will continue to punish you. There is no difference between disease and disaster. What manifests in the body is disease, and what manifests in destiny is disaster and setbacks. Therefore, this method can not only treat diseases, but also change destiny. Be sure to reflect when you encounter a natural prompt.

Someone asked me: "What does it mean when the gas pipe in my house is on fire?" I said: "Your family is about to get angry and lose your temper, and your anger comes out. At this time, you have to control it." I reminded you, what else? If you don’t understand, if you can’t read this worldly sutra, then you are ignorant. 10. Natural forces have a cruel side. The natural force does not have the appearance of an old person, a young person, or a child. You will be punished by whichever heart you have. The key is to understand one's mind and find one's own fundamental nature. How can you see your nature if you don’t understand your own mind? I must understand who I am and what mistakes I made. No matter what kind of disease there is a cause and effect, all causes originate from the heart, and the heart is the internal cause. For example, medical treatment is an external cause treatment method, but ours is an internal cause treatment method, which treats the root cause and removes fuel from the bottom of the cauldron. Since you can practice Buddhism with all your heart, can't you still cure the disease? Everything can be treated cleanly and thoroughly. The key is to find a symptomatic approach. What character is what destiny? Character and destiny are one. Most people think that it is good to love others with all their heart, but in the end, loving others only brings trouble to them. The more they love the other person, the more unlucky they will be. A saint who truly loves others does not care about selfishness or narrow-mindedness. He uses compassion to get rid of this heart and let go of all hearts. If he is heartless, he will be empty. There is no two sides to love and hate, which is called the golden mean. In the past, people criticized the golden mean, not knowing that the golden mean is the way of heaven. Do you think people in society have better luck if they speak in the middle? Will people who love to speak extreme words have a good life? Whoever is moderate will be the right one. The same is true for resolving disasters in career and destiny. Why did people lie to me? It turns out that I love lying; why do people beat me and scold me? Because I have scolded others; why is there a third party in my lover? Because I resent other people's bad lifestyles... whatever troubles me, I will deal with them one by one. Why are your children disobedient? Because you were disobedient when you were a child, because you were annoyed by disobedient children, and you even laughed at others: "Why is his child like that? If this child happened to my family..." Well, nature has brought this kind of child to your family. This is called looking directly for the cause, directly looking for the cause and effect. Program - The human body is a computer. First of all, remember that in modern science we call "the human body is a computer". According to Buddhist principles, "everyone is a complete Buddha" and "everyone is a complete Buddha". If you want to think, "I am destined to work and serve both the old and the young," well, isn't that what you say? The more you say it, the better it becomes. If you type the program every day, it will be easy to modify if you type it once, but if you type it ten thousand times, won't it cause trouble in your life? Remember, the forces of nature listen to you. If you want to think that there is no cure for the disease, remember, there really is no cure! Why can’t many cancer patients be cured? Because he underwent such a procedure - it's over, it can't be cured, I'm going to die! Man is the spirit of all things, and your heart is the most spiritual! If you don’t know that people have such great spirituality, and you just complain blindly, will your life be better? It can't be good! Some people always say: "My life is not good, I have been unlucky in my life." Well, the more they say it, the better it will be, and it will make you miserable. In fact, everyone has a sufficient Buddha nature, and it only listens to us. This is very effective. If you say, "Oh, this definitely won't work." The more you say it, the less likely it will be. Don't say that good intentions are not rewarded, and don't say that there are no good people around you. Some women say, "Men don't have any good things." Can any good things be arranged for you? Because what you ask for is "men don't have good things." This is your wish and your conclusion. If you don’t enter into the good news, you mistakenly think that worry is a good intention. Remember, worrying is the same as cursing and cursing. We must be cautious when drawing any conclusions, so the Chinese character for Zhongyong is to put a seal on your mouth, telling you not to talk nonsense, seal your mouth first. We should develop benign programs: "I am surrounded by good people", "When I suffer a loss, I am blessed", "This person is not good to me, so he is going to die", "The sicker I get, the more I catch a cold, the more I detoxify"... Who has heard that the more... Does a cold shorten your life? This is not necessarily the case. So we have to have a good program. I often give myself benign programs: "If you lose money, you will have luck with wealth." It’s not this program. I am a “right eye jumper” and I jump on good things. "Suffering is a blessing", "After others beat you, you can become a master",...Always let children develop their mind, and we ourselves should also develop this mind. The human body has many applications, and the program respects its own will. After entering the program, you must be calm. You must not be hopeful or worried, because whatever you hope for will not come, and what you are afraid of will come. Remember, the forces of nature have a balance principle, because to the right of hope is a participle of separation. Our ancestors are great, and every word contains profound philosophy.

The more you look forward to the child, the less likely you are to have it, and the more you love the child, the weaker the child will be. Seeing that the child in this family is weak is a sure sign that you feel particularly sorry for the child you longed for. In the past, people knew that children who care less will be more successful, and children who care more will be more unhappy. "To love a child is like killing a child." But now many people have learned the wrong thing: "Should I not love?" No, the mood must be peaceful and we must not have persistent love. Whatever you love will be hurt. You can't be obsessed with love (referring to worldly love, not the vast and selfless fraternity), and you can't be moved by hatred. Only when love and hate don't exist on both sides is the golden mean. Remember, peace is the greatest love! If you want to help children and parents, you need to use a calm mind and not be concerned. Love involves care, and the word "care" has a big character above it and a prison below it. The other person is upset. The better you treat him, the more upset he becomes as if he is in a prison. Love does not have a positive effect. Many parents do not love their children and are relatively indifferent to their children. However, the children are particularly promising. There are many such situations. Remember, whoever you love is unlucky, and loving him deeply can kill him. If you love your child, he will definitely compete with you. If you love him, you can love him out of frustration and love him out of all his problems. He not only competes with you, but also has 30 to 50 years of setbacks waiting for him. Nowadays, some parents like to love and love desperately, "I have suffered so much in my life, and I can't let my children suffer." First, let them enjoy the happiness desperately, without knowing where the happiness comes from. If you want to increase his happiness, you can consume all his happiness in this life in just a few years, and all the setbacks will be waiting for him in the future. If you want your child to eat everything he needs to eat and be satisfied with it, his stomach will be bad for the rest of his life and everything he eats will no longer taste good. This is equivalent to harming him for 30 to 50 years. If you go through the back door and let your child become a class leader, study committee member, or other class cadre, if the child becomes excited, he will consume all the blessings of the president in the future. Let the child be a child, and peace will last long. "Tranquility lasts a long time." The principle of illness - every mood in life is a secret box of the soul. Every mood in life is a dark box of the soul. Buddhism calls this dark box the "eighth consciousness, alaya consciousness." Our science calls it the camera obscura of the soul. When we continue to have moods, the garbage in our dark box gradually accumulates and accumulates to a certain extent - most of the time, we will get sick. When the pile is full, death awaits us. What if this camera obscura is reduced to a certain extent? That is the super functional state. Is this camera obscura empty? We are enlightened in this life, we can become Buddhas, and we can end life and death. This is true longevity. Some people fear too much and may become mentally ill; some people hate too much and may suffer disasters; don't you like to be angry? Okay, let your parents compete with you first. Your parents can’t control you. What should you do if you arrange for your lover to compete with you, but they can’t compete with you? Arrangements for your children and even the police and prosecutors will always give you a hard time, so you can't let your anger go to waste. You say I’m not breaking the law, fine, I’ll arrange for a car to hit you; what if the car doesn’t hit you? Arrange for you to have cancer or a major disease. Remember, the force of nature is powerful. It is not afraid of you being tough, but it is afraid of you being easy-going and humble. The life of a person who is angry and hateful is miserable; the life of an easy-going and humble person is good and the way of heaven is achieved. Anger and hatred are the number one disaster for mankind, and we must give up completely. If we have a single thought of anger or hatred (anger), someone will be angry with you and something will happen to us. If you have been suffering from a disease caused by being angry all your life, such as a bad liver, you should pay more attention to "I shouldn't be angry". Not only the liver, but also the whole body will be relieved. Our deep repentance can change our destiny. If you are less angry, you will be less angry in the future. At the same time, others will be less angry with you, the dirty air in your body will be reduced, your body will be relieved, and your destiny will also change. Self-understanding is the ability to awaken. The more people can find out their own faults, the stronger their ability to awaken. If you find fault with others a lot, it shows that you have a strong ability to obsess. Taoists do not see the faults of others, only their own faults. But our life is miserable now. We find faults with others every day, blame others when something happens, and never blame ourselves. We argue with others every day, and we don’t know that contentious people always fight in vain. The more easy-going and humble a person is, the more space he has and the better his destiny. That’s why I say that saints “don’t dare to do anything.” What does “dare not do” mean? Generally speaking, people don’t dare to get angry, afraid, or afraid. Dare I be embarrassed... "The world is watching, but I am alone." Adding the word "heart" to the word "door" means closing the door to your heart and not being able to change your mood. Common people dare to do this, but we waste our efforts and our moods in vain, thinking that we can use our moods casually. We don’t know that our moods are the real energy of life. When our moods are exhausted, what awaits us is death. Therefore, human life is actually a life span consumed by emotions.

Mood has several characteristics: First, it has no quality. Second, the mood transcends time and space. Third, my mood is faster than the speed of light. Fourth, the mood is completely directional, and you can reach wherever you want. Fifth, mood is residual. All emotions will have residue, and when the residue reaches a certain level, it will change from quantitative to qualitative. Sixth, mood is an eternal energy. Seventh, mood is the real substance and the entire support of human beings. Eighth, the mood can be cleaned up, the lost mood can be regained, the mood can be modified (this is anti-paralysis), and the mood can be transformed into matter. Some people's moods turn into cancer; some people's moods turn into disasters; mood can benefit all things and transform all things, and mood can nourish us. Only when the mood is sick will the body get sick, and the body is the display of the soul. The balance of life. What is destiny? Do people undergo reincarnation? I believe there is, but all destiny depends on the heart, and life is born from the heart. What we are learning today is anti-paralysis - changing your destiny and treating diseases at the same time, killing two birds with one stone. A person who cultivates his mind is a person who changes his destiny. Many senior leaders are people who cultivate their minds and can tolerate it. Anti-paralysis is to clear away garbage, turn back time, and recover lost energy. Peace means that time stops, everything is not contaminated, and energy does not leak out. The truth often lies contrary to what the world thinks. Ordinary people are contentious, "a saint would not dare to do anything" and should be easy-going and humble. Ordinary people pursue beautiful things, delicious food, love... but they don't know that beauty hurts people. If you eat too much delicious food, you will never be able to eat it again. "The Tao can be Tao, but it is not Tao; the name can be named, but it is not named." The surface is fake, but the heart is real. The truth talks about the heart, and you cannot leave the heart and look for reasons outside yourself. Only with an untainted mind can you have an untainted body and make yourself the master of your destiny. The transcendence of Buddhism is to allow you to develop a heart of repentance in front of the Buddha, thoroughly reflect on yourself, and start a new life. Only in this way will it be effective. (Nowadays, most people spend money to hand over their destiny to Buddhism, just like doing business, without asking for reflection at all.) What does it mean to change the program to change the destiny? It is to turn all setbacks, blows, dissatisfaction, dissatisfaction, disasters, diseases... into good deeds and understand them. In this way, life can be changed very quickly, and a large number of diseases can be cured. Think of a villain as a Buddha, a Bodhisattva, a noble person, or a parent. In the past, you resented others and repaid each other with grievances. You missed an opportunity to take an exam. This time when enemies get together, the force of nature wants to test you again, just to make you reflect. The more you hate, the greater your setbacks will be. There was a person who worked very hard and was squeezed out by a so-called villain. I said, "Do you know that this villain saved your life?" "What do you mean?" "You are so active and willing to work, and you are worried and responsible every day. If he doesn't push you down, you will get a heart attack and die at work. This is the only way to save you by using setbacks to make you let go of your attachment to work. "It turns out that hurting you is also about loving you. . There is a person who can understand after becoming a boss: "It turns out that the leader of the unit was trying to remind me to transfer so that I could become rich and become the boss. It turned out that he saved me, brought benefits to me, and was my benefactor and nobleman." Someone. After the divorce, I learned: "My previous husband treated me like that so that I would be less obsessed with love and start to care about myself more easily. I have always cared about him in this life, and the more I cared about him, the sadder I became. Now the force of nature has made me learn to care about myself and find a balance." ."Isn't this love? Does love have to be kind? Can't you use evil to bring you good? At that time, suffering a loss was to accumulate blessings for the future. People did not understand the principle of "suffering a loss is a blessing". Remember, suffering is a blessing. Anyone who is calm in the face of losses is like Deng Xiaoping - Deng Xiaoping had three ups and downs, but he could play bridge. Liu Shaoqi was beaten to tears. As a result, one became a leader and the other was killed in the fight. It depends on whether you are calm in the face of setbacks. The calmer you are, the less likely the disaster will be. If you blame yourself in the face of setbacks, the setbacks will only get bigger and bigger. Frustration is spiritual. It is most afraid of calmness and likes competition the most. The harder it is, the more frustration will roll up. It becomes even crazier if you are afraid of setbacks. When people who know how to cultivate their minds face disasters - great, another good thing. To be scolded is to avoid future disasters. Ordinary people - why am I so unlucky? If you suffer a loss, you will definitely get a blessing, but it will be delayed for you. (Buddhism teaches that "Eating hardship is to relieve suffering, and enjoying blessings is to eliminate blessings.") In the past, monks did not seek alms for money. When people scolded him, he accepted them happily; when he encountered people who respected and made offerings, he treated them calmly, and his heart remained unmoved. People today are trying every means to avoid disasters and avoid unpleasant things. This is not a casual mind. We change the program in this way to reverse the disaster and return to ourselves the blessings we have lost in the past. If you don’t believe it, you can give it a try. Disasters can balance both the past and the future, and they can change future procedures.

When you are going to ask someone to do something, how do you read it before you meet them? "He is a noble person, a good person, and Guanshiyin Bodhisattva..." If you say this, his good nature will really come out. If you really show your kindness, the other party will respond with kindness. But ordinary people are the opposite. They think in advance, "This person will definitely cheat me, harm me, go against me, harm me..." Trouble! Balancing the past is a summary of the past, but some people's disasters are not to balance the past, but to balance the future, testing your character, awareness and endurance. The greater your endurance, the greater the blessing will be given to you. There must be the incarnation of disaster before giving you blessings. Disaster is the embodiment of blessings and merits. The positive side is disaster and the negative side is blessing. They are originally from the same root and are a complete pair. Some people complain, and the more they complain, the more disasters there will be. Every time they come, they are on the side of disaster. But blessings are also disasters incarnate. Some people enjoyed too much happiness when they were young and always had good food, so that they can no longer eat in the future; some people worked as officials when they were young, but were laid off when they grew up; some people were excited about moving to a new house, but got seriously ill when they moved in, and some old people never got up again... Things are changing. Some children wish them a happy birthday at any age! I once asked an old man: "Is eighty years old worth celebrating?" I don't advocate birthday celebrations. Sometimes a big birthday can consume 8 to 10 years of life. Someone asked: "How can I fail to celebrate my birthday?" If you want to be calm, everyone can be happy, but you can't be happy. (The ancients called birthdays a day for mothers. It’s not easy to miss your mother on this day. How can you still celebrate? You are not qualified to celebrate your birthday before the age of 60). Remember, be prepared for danger in times of peace. Often when you are enjoying blessings, you may bury major disasters. Generally, when things go well, we tend to be complacent and elated, not knowing that there is sadness hidden behind the happiness. Joy and sorrow have the same root. When sorrow comes, you should also see the joyful side. Be happy but not happy, sad but not sad, love but not love... What you practice is the golden mean, because the golden mean is a straight line The shortest distance. Some people are really good people who have done so much, but they are angry and frustrated. They don't understand why they have a bad life after doing so many good things. I said: "Your heart is not good, so your life is bad! It is your heart that determines everything, not things that determine everything. If you do good deeds with intention, you will not be rewarded even if you do good; if you do evil without intention, you will not be punished even if you do evil." Some people like to praise themselves for doing good deeds, and then they will be rewarded after they have finished praising. Completed now. Some people regret doing good deeds, which results in no merit. Some people can't stand the good, so their life will be bad; some people can't stand the bad, and their life will be bad, and they will suffer both good and bad. What is arranged by natural forces is always a good thing - whatever happens is the best, and anything that is not the best will not happen! To truly be a person who lets nature take its course, always enter benign programs into yourself and avoid malignant programs, but do not enter desire programs into the future. Some people lose "I want to be a millionaire" every day. How can that work? It must be done with a calm mind, good wishes and a public spirit. Someone asked: "Is it okay if I pray every day that my child is cured?" If not, the alternative is "I hope to make more contributions to the country after he recovers and save the country medical expenses." It is easier to recover if you think about it like this. "I want to learn this knowledge well and serve the society in the future." This knowledge will come closer to you. You must be public-minded. There are so many disasters in life, would you rather suffer them sooner or later? I chose to suffer early, while I am young and have good physical strength, it is not a bad idea to bear a little more disaster. It is much better to endure a little disaster when you are young than to suffer it when you are older, so why not do it? What comes early is not a disaster, what comes late is a disaster; what comes early is not a blessing, what comes late is a blessing, and is a true blessing - a late bloomer. If you are prosperous when you are young, it can only mean that you have great blessings in your previous life; if you are blessed when you are old, it can only mean that you have a high level of spiritual cultivation. But don’t be happy when blessings come. When there is a disaster, you must have the following mentality: 1. Be happy and grateful. 2. Find cause and effect and balance. 3. Keep a calm mind and wait and see what happens. 4. Let nature take its course, "Misfortune lies where blessings depend, and fortune lies where misfortune lies." Whoever has the ability to overcome disasters will have great blessings. When it gets extremely dark, it will be dawn, and when people reach the extreme level of disaster, it will be about to change. Why does fate become more miserable as time goes by? Because ordinary people feel happy when they predict that they will be good in the future, and their happiness disappears; when they predict that they will be in trouble, they become anxious and uneasy, and the disasters increase. People who engage in killing and slaughtering have heavy karma, and their hearts will often show congestion during autopsy after death, which is not the case for ordinary people. Fortune tellers reveal the secrets of heaven, create relatively large karma, and generally have bad luck (except for those who use fortune telling as a means to persuade people to stop evil and do good). Therefore, Buddha opposes fortune-telling. Once it comes, take care of it. No matter what happens, it will be fine. The more chaotic things are, the more calm you need. Practicing stillness while moving is true tranquility. You can calm down when others beat you or scold you, or when others play a recorder very noisily, you can be truly quiet if you can meditate and become still. We must be calm in the face of life and death.

Real monks have no tears when facing life and death. Lao Tzu said that "from birth to death", a person enters the path of death as soon as he is born. If he enters through this door, he will soon leave through that door. Old people have experienced it - it turns out that life is so short, and decades pass by in a flash. Why do children who were shameless and shameless when they were young grow up to be successful? The teacher didn’t understand the reason—he had a big heart! Can you be useless if you don't feel the teacher's criticism, if you feel calm and broad-minded? Some students asked the teacher to say a few words, and their faces turned red and tears came down. This child is petty. Why are there so many men as leaders in society? Because men's minds are indeed a little bigger than women's on average. Women are more vain, love to play hypocritical, and live a more tiring life. If you want to treat someone as a human being, then what should you treat them as? 1. Treat people as Buddhas. 2. Treat people as mirrors of yourself, and use them to reflect on yourself regarding the shortcomings of others. At the same time, see that everyone is my incarnation, and "all living beings have my appearance." There was a student who learned better. When others broke their promises and things they promised him were not done, he suddenly reflected: "It turns out that I always don't do it after I say it." 3. Treat everyone as the arrangement of natural forces. , never treat people as monsters. If you treat the most intolerable people as good people, then your Buddha nature will come out. Buddhas are cultivated by treating demons as Buddhas. I also received enlightenment and guidance from others. I asked an old gentleman: "What is a blessed person?" The old gentleman said: "What is happiness? The word blessing of happiness is a piece of clothing and a field, which tells you that you have enough to eat. Just wear it and be content with it. Happiness is a feeling rather than a material thing. Some people get happiness by buying clothes, taking exams, getting married, having children, getting a house, buying a car... but that happiness is very short-lived, and that short-lived happiness is very short-lived. It turns into excitement, then sadness, why bother? But I directly embrace happiness, smile all the time, and have this peaceful heart. Why do I need to use material things to achieve my happy state of mind? ?” Some people are unhappy with everything, and some millionaires commit suicide. Why? Unhappy inside. The soul is the foundation, the appearance means nothing, the heart is the root of all things. Only you know whether your shoes fit you or not. Some old people find someone to break up their children with according to their own will, but when they find one, they don’t go with it, but the child does. You don’t know how uncomfortable the child is! To understand others, everyone has their own preferences. In addition to mental karma, there is also verbal karma, so you can't talk nonsense. In the past, it was said that "when water is deep, it flows slowly, and when people are noble, they speak slowly." Generally, noble people speak slowly and do not express their opinions easily. - This is balance. We must have a vast love for everything and love all living beings like Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva. Some people especially like to throw things, and their life will not be good, because everything has spirituality, and throwing things is also a way to go against the will of nature, and the natural force will keep track of you. The elementary class of Buddhist studies tells you that just doing good deeds without seeking gain is a warning against your greed; the intermediate class will teach you about cause and effect, good and bad are cause and effect, and you must accept it calmly and not accept defiance; in the advanced class, it will be empty, what? There is no difference between someone else's and yours, as long as there are no worries. If cultivating the mind cannot even change disease and destiny, then it is really a failure. A truly wise person may look a bit stupid on the surface, but he may be happy even if he is scolded, or thank others even if he is beaten and is not angry. This kind of person is incredible! The behavior of a truly wise person is opposite to that of ordinary people. "If you go along, you will be ordinary, if you go against it, you will be immortal." Some people have a hard time believing in Buddhism. Remember, the greater the goal, the greater the disaster. We should not be too greedy in everything we do, but should practice it. Some people make great wishes, but setbacks immediately come one after another to test you. You must be responsible for the oaths you have sworn, otherwise the forces of nature will punish you and bring you demons. If you want to pull out a big tree, you must have considerable strength and overcome considerable resistance to achieve your goal. If you only pull out a small piece of grass, the resistance you will overcome will be very small. In fact, when we set big goals, we are carrying heavy ideological baggage, so
